The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Nottingham
My apartment was full of dangerous mold that grew on my belongings. There was no fan for the bathroom, constant leaks, and plumbing issues that they knew about but would not fix. Not only did management ignore my pleas, they tried to charge me extra for wanting to move out of this disgusting and unlivable apartment.
I lived at this property for four years, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, with all amenities within a 1-2 mile radius, including grocery stores, a UPS store, a dollar tree, a Dominos, and a gas station. The neighborhood is also incredibly peaceful, and the neighbors are always respectful. The Manager, Brittany, is so helpful and accommodating. Whenever I had an issue, it was always taken care of quickly and efficiently. In addition, the rent is very reasonable compared to other apartments in Greensboro. I am very pleased with my experience here and would highly recommend this apartment.
Very quiet laid back community! The tenants that were in passing during my visit were very friendly. The manager was great, very helpful and really went out of her way to make me feel as if this could be my first potential home. I am a full time student, not home much and was looking for affordable, convenient and safe housing.

This location is very convenient to lots of shopping and food choices. I like that the rent includes the water and trash pickup. The property manager, Ms. Britteny, was very professional and welcoming when I dropped by to receive information about the property.
