I love everything about the community! I lived in the hood some of my life and to be on my own and call this my home is something what me and my son needed. The space in the unit is amazing the outside of the property is so quiet and maintained. This is a great area full filled with a lot of good spirited people! I love the area I use to work out here when I was younger and this area is just so peaceful! I absolutely am in love with my unit!

For the amount of rent being paid in this apartment, one will expect more. It’s lots of repairs on almost a daily one can barely get a good rest in their home during the day. The trash bin is right by the exit and enter door of the upper garage and if that happens to be your parking space get ready to inhale stinky decaying smell everyday, it’s a roach infested community and if you live in a level where you have another person living above you also get ready to hear their waking and sleeping sound, every step they take, when they open and close their doors, it literally vibrates your own apartment, it’s really frustrating living in this apartment.

BAD PLACE TO LIVE
There has been criminal activities such as shootings on the streets surrounding the complex. Homeless people always seem to make their way into the garages to either sleep or dig in the garbage. Cars are broken into even though they are in a gated garage. Construction seems to be always happening on the street. Garbage is always overflowing. They add monthly charges after you've signed the lease such as valet trash and other utilities on top of the normal utilities. These charges are charged regardless if you use them or not. Bugs are always appearing in and around the units in the hallways. Rats are also seen around the dumpsters at night. Save your sanity and the stress. The office management puts on a good act until something happens in the unit that needs attention.

The staff at the community were super weird we didnt know we got approved, no one bothered to call us and welcome us. This is the worst move in ever, they gave us a unit that had many failures and not ready for anyone to move in to. The ac didnt work, the windows could not be closed and locked properly, there was only hot water in the sink, no cold. The place was stinks and dirty. And the worst part was the upstair unit resident. Not his fault but the ceiling is making so much noise and he is walking non stop all day all night we couldnt sleep, so as if now when im writing this we actually not staying there because all of the above, we are changing the a 3rd floor unit. Ohhh and we had to pay $500 to change lol . Thank you

Hello - We walked the apartment with you the day before you moved in and we made note of a few minor repairs that needed to be addressed and had those items fixed before you moved in. The next day, we walked the home and confirmed that the unit was in good working order. It is an unfortunate coincidence that the a/c stopped working the following Saturday. On the following Monday, we were able to make the necessary repairs. When we walked the apartment before you moved in, you mentioned being able to hear the resident walking around in his apartment above you. You agreed with me and claimed to understand when I mentioned that I couldn't tell someone how to live in their apartment and that it is common in an apartment to hear some level of noise from the unit above you. I offered you at that time to switch to another unit on the 3rd floor and showed you the floor plans that we had coming available. You opted to keep the previously selected unit and continued with your move-in the following day. Since you are now requesting to be transferred to a unit on the 3rd-floor mid-lease, there is a fee associated with that. The community is quiet, clean and the management staff are always attentive and professional. The maintenance staff supremely efficient and fast. The property is always cleaned, maintained and recently received some awesome renovation in paint an flooring. As a professional that deals with Corp. SLA's (Service Level Agreements) I would say they are @ 99.999 % efficiency in all aspects. The location and access to All services is supreme. I have had some issues that were handled within my lease agreement provisions. I am leaving at end of my lease term but it is because new opportunities take me thousands of miles away. Wife and myself Loved living here.

Dont move here!!!!
This place is Overpriced with poor Maintenance, they cut the water off every other day. & they have a serious bug problem around this Complex. Wouldnt recommend moving here. Alot of hidden fees in your bill.

So, Wife and I are internet savy and have lived in premium residences in Atlanta, Phoenix, San Francisco and Cabo San Lucas. Norwalk Metropointe is not a perfect place but for the price delivers an unmatched living experience for the price pointe. It is always Quiet, clean, staff is quick. Also, it sits in an area that is a Gem for anyone that works near LAX, Space X, Raytheon, OC. We have a Northgate across street, Metrorail station, Costco all under 2 miles.

Looking for a new place to live is always very stressful because there are so many points that are missed. When we toured the apartment at Metropointe we loved it. And walking around the property we were very impressed. Gen the assistant PM, was another reason that made it easy to apply, she was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. So far we are enjoying the complex and have no complaints.

This is a Beautiful Pl., Ive been living here for three years Ive enjoyed it the majority of the time. The people here are very nice but there are some teenagers around the neighborhood that causes problems. I wish they would hire more maintenance man to keep this community complete and safe. They work really hard on the outside, we have to keep the apartments together on the inside. I really appreciate the leasing office staff for getting the request out to maintenance. This place is a diamond in the rough, I really enjoy living here I am being a part of this community.

Never lease here, apartments are tearing apart, not prepared. Had my car broken into inside the gated parking, staff told me to call my insurance to get it fixed because they were not accountable for it. Plumbing issues that almost wet all my furniture. High priced for poor apartment maintenance.

We love Norwalk Metropointe! Reanna and Nestor in the office are professional and go above and beyond to be helpful. They clearly care about the residents. The grounds are beautiful and well cared by the hard working landscapers. The maintenance team is reachable and quick to respond !

Unsafe
This place in unsafe, homeless people on the parking garage stairway. Aggressive homeless people will sleep in the open hallway. The hallways smell terrible, office people are terrible, maintenance is horrid! I do not recommend this place! “Projects” almost!

Unreliable
I had an appointment scheduled for today at 2pm. No one was in the office. They had a sign on the door to return at 230pm, 230 came and went, still no one in the office. What happened to my appointment? Already a bad sign. Forget this place.

Poor facility
Im living this property and it has very bad facility. Property is old and noise-free cannot be guaranteed. You here car running, ambulance everyday,hear sound of train everyday. Also people are smoking at patio. Please do not come here.

Don’t move here.
We have been here for a couple of months and it’s very poorly maintained. Down let the edited pictures fool you. Hallway floors have water damage, smells like nasty cigarettes. Feels like your walking in a nasty hotel. There’s fruit flies in hallways by elevators. Cars get broken in to in gated garages because the 24/7 security we pay for isn’t here 24/7. To get something fixed forget it.... TAKES FOREVER. Office staff are rude and homeless people have even been caught bathing in the pool. Go somewhere else! Can’t wait for our lease to be up.

Nice, quite & spacious apartment.
We've been here for a year and really like living here. The apartment is bigger than I expected. The parking spaces are spacious and safe. It's nice and quite. The staff are also very pleasant and couteous. There are close by shopping centers and many schools are close by for kids as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Best Apartment in Norwalk!
It's a great apartment complex. The complex gets lively and active, but gets pretty quiet after 10pm, but my apartment is near the pool so I can sometimes hear people. The community is gated. I haven't had an issues with my car being broken into. The area is a little sketchy, but the actual complex is nice. No issues. It's conveniently located near Walmart, an authentic Mexican restaurant with a great happy hour, Costco, Stater Bros, the Norwalk Metro Station, etc. The neighbors are really nice as well. They're pretty quiet, but always pleasant in the elevator. Pet friendly with no weight limit, just breed restrictions. Mostly families that live here. The community center is nice. It has a pool table. I've used the gym as well, and all the equipment works. I haven't used the pool, there's usually a lot of kids using it almost every time I've walked past it, but they've always been supervised. Happy with my choice to live here. ALSO, it's less than 4 miles from downtown Downey (which includes Porto's Bakery). The laundry room was only a pain during one weekend, but one of the machines was broken. It was fixed that Monday. Most repairs get done pretty quickly. I would recommend this place to a friend. Only improvements would be some fresh paint in the common areas like the hallways.

Awesome location with amazing and unique amenities
The search that lead to this spectacular apartment included some of the absolute worst and most depressing places to live, as well as some of the most expensive and ridiculously unnecessary, over the top amenities conceived to gouge someone´s pocket. From the summer of 2013 till the winter of 2014 I saw everything from four walls and an empty space with no bathroom, to a shared commune with a 360 degree fence around with a shared patch of dirt very reminiscent of a jailhouse yard for about $900/month. Along the way I also ran into majestic condominiums with acres of lush grass, cascading pools and even one apartment that had a private movie theatre inside the rec center, I kid you not; and quite a steal at just over 5 grand a month for a one bed one bath. Finally, in November 2014 I stumbled upon IMT Metropointe at 11645 Firestone Blvd. in Norwalk, which has 2 movie theatres nearby, Ralphs, Costco, Vons and Food4less are also just minutes away, it´s 20 minutes from Disneyland, and 40 minutes from downtown LA. So for starters, the banners on the outside not only have the typical advertisements about a pool and the different number of bedroom apartment sizes but they also advertise a basketball court. Now initially one might think of an outdoor concrete space with a hoop but no, this apartment boasts an indoor court with real wood floors and two basketballs provided for residents to use freely. To further up the ante, this apartment complex also has a racquetball court, and a gym, and yes, as I mentioned previously, a pool and a hot tub. There are also lovely green walkways all throughout the complex and just because they really do think of everything and everyone here at IMT Metropointe , there are bag dispensers strategically placed around the grassy areas so that pet owners don't need to remember to bring their own clean up bag. But it gets even better. Inside the apartments there is a fireplace which is a standard feature even in the one bedroom layout. Every apartment also comes with a balcony, granite finish countertops in the kitchen which is fully equipped including the fridge, ample cabinet space, a ceiling fan, and central ac and heating. Another very welcome feature of this apartment complex is the gated access with the added bonus of security cameras and a dedicated night patrol for added peace of mind. But the real clincher that ties all of it together is the price: about 1400 for my one bedroom, one bath and large living room!!!

IMT Metro Best Place to Live
These are the best apartments in Norwalk CA. When walking around the complex you forget you are in the city of Norwalk because it is so nice and peaceful. The amenities are excellent and common areas are always kept clean by the maintenance workers. They gym has a racketball court and basketball court. There is also a computer room and wifi. The pool and jacuzzi are clean. The residents at IMT MetroPointe are friendly. I love living here.

Great living experience!
We have been living here for over 10 years, great location close to the grocery store, gas stations, freeways and Storage facility is across the street. Easy access to the 105 fwy, 605 fwy and 5 fwy. Police and Fire Station is very close. Community is quiet, grounds are kept clean and the fitness room is always clean. Management is always responsive and accessible. I read other reviews on other apartments and I am shocked to find out that some tenants are unable to reach anyone in the management office. We love it here and we are only moving because we plan on buying a house.

Clean and safe
I've lived here almost a year and I have to say the Service is amazing. the staff and maintenance crew have the tenant as their first priority always. my only complaint is the street noise. my apartment faces Firestone Boulevard and the traffic and sirens are ridiculous. everyday and everynight there's something going on. it's also located next to a halfway house, so you hear the people yelling from the street. on the other hand the interior of my apartment is great with updated amenities and appliances
