Iris and Rubi made it easy to apply and maintenance is prompt on taking care of any issues properly is clean. Love it here
The apartment is very nice and the manger is always there when you need help if you're having problems with maintenance,or anything that have to do with your apartment she there to help.The apartment is very quiet.
My fiancé & I moved here about a year ago & so far so good .. whenever their is a maintenance issue they usually respond & fix it with in 24 hours .. the management is great . The maintenance guys do a great job keeping this complex / parking clean. Safe to say we’re very comfortable here ????
When we lived there in 2013, it was peaceful and the best thing is no one is above you. Management was on top of things and maintenance was always done on timely manner. I recommend Northwoods Apartments.
This is place is our Home for more than 5 years, we move to one bedroom to two bedroom apartment. The management is very helpful and accommodating, maintenance is very friendly and always there for the needs of their tenants. Highly recommended if you are looking for an apartment in Moreno Valley. Five ??

i’ve been living here at Northwood Apartments for one year now and recently renewed my lease.Northwood Apartments is a great place to call HOME it’s quite close to schools, shopping centers and freeways .??The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems . The grounds and pool are kept clean every day ?? I love living here.For anyone looking for a place in Moreno Valley I highly recommend stopping by Northwood apartments for a tour ask for Manager IRIS she will help you and explain everything to you .Thank you
Beautiful grounds, well kept, and quiet ! Managers are nice and helped answer all my questions rapidly. Would recomend anyone to move in.
Management is incredibly professional and very involved. They've helped me with all my paperwork, listened to all my problems, concerns and maintained my apartment in excellent condition.
The managers are very rude and unprofessional, on top of that they are NEVER in the office and NEVER answer the phones. If you need something fixed don’t even bother asking they will never help.
