Everyone was great for me moving from Michigan. The maintenance was on top of my issues that happen when you move to a new place.Just little things that needed to be touched up i appreciate the maintenance team for their hard work.

I have lived in Northwood going on 2 years. And I have had nothing but bad experiences. My dishwasher been broke every sense I moved in, I have a hole in the master bedroom shower for almost one year and I been told nothing but lies about the repairs. It’s been almost two months I requested a filter for the ac and haven’t received it yet. I don’t recommend Northwood to anyone.

So far this has been the best and easiest move in I have ever been a part of. I can’t wait to get to know my neighbors and make some friends!

I love living at Northwood apartments. The property is always kept nice and neat and clean. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is always quick to take care of any issues.

So far so good. A few little things need to be done but im sure they will take care of them. I just moved in and Tessa was very attentive to my move to Macon from Clinton township Michigan.

The whole process was extremely easy and hassle free. The ladies in the office had everything ready for me when I went in to sign the lease.

My moving in experience was smooth and easy. I have two small things that needs to fixed in my unit but other than that; I am loving it so far.

This is my 3 month update. There have been a few issues here and there which is to be expected. I am thankful that maintenance is very attentive in solving any problems and the property is being maintained again. I say any business is only as good as its weakest link. The maintenance, trash and landscaping teams are doing a great job! The complex was pressure washed and it feels so much better coming and going from my home now. Thank you all for the great job!

Pretty good, trash rarely gets picked up but that’s not the apartments fault. Amenities aren’t open all the time, so make sure you check in with the front office to know it is.

It’s a good community and staff tries to stay on top of things. I wish my neighbors would clean up after their pets. Other than I like the community. And I love how they are engaged.

My experience have been good so far. I love my apartment and the comfort it provides. It is very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Coming from a 4 bedroom house I didn’t want to feel boxed in. I’ve been here for almost 3 months and the only issue is trash. There seems to be more reliability on the pickup but the trash compactor issue needs to be resolved. I live close to it and since it have been broken the gnats in my apartment are so aggravating. Going we don’t end up with issues regarding rodents and such before the problem is fixed.

There was a little rough start at first when getting things taken care of. Now every concern is being addressed right away and taken care of right away.

I loved It here at the beginning…Breeze way stayed cleaned off and underneath stair case…blown off ..it’s more… yet; STILL LOVE IT HERE..it’s just not immediately Service annually being maintained…Other than that..love the area and some great moments

Awesome experience so far! The staff is super nice and knowledgeable love the ground lid How well kept and clean they are. Thankful that they are family and kid oriented place !

I am happy with my apartment and where it is situated. I am lucky to have a great view from my patio since I work from home. The only minor issues I had upon move in was corrected very timely. Being an older person I’m thankful for the valet trash service. There are a few hiccups with the trash service but that’s with anything. I look forward to a safe and comfortable stay here.

The staff are great, I just really feel that my Apartment wasn’t really ready for me to move in it.. Broken blinds, roaches, dirty vents, and a few other things. Once staff was aware of it all they have been doing their best to get all my problems taken care of.

My apartment has roaches and I keep reporting it to management. I pest control company has not shown up to help the problem. Also my closet door keeps coming off they claim they fix it but it keeps coming off. Air comes through my balcony doors because they are old and mold has been growing around it.

The place is nice. I love the friendly neighbors. It’s a very quiet place and clean. Trash pickup is very nice. Amenities are very nice too.

Worst experience ever, pest problems when I first moved in, took 3 months before they really did something. Refrigerator works when it wants, I have thrown away so much food, garbage disposal does not work properly. I stopped reporting anything because I feel like nothing is really going to happen besides the fast talking maintenance man going to lie about what’s really going on. I’m really just ready to move.

It’s very quiet.. I love that my house is very spacious..my kids have their own room they can stay outta mines FINALLY.. I have my own bathroom. That’s a bonus.

Management is awesome. Always available to help and extremely compassionate. Thank you for all you do and please keep up the outstanding work.

Northwood is an amazing place to call home, my family loves it here !! Really quiet area and very amazing staff! They are very friendly and helpful.

Compared To my last previous residency…I won’t complain..I HAVENT HAD AN ISSUE YET; The staff is Cordial and assist all requests in a timely manner .. BUT, I wish they would get rid of the VALET TRASH ASSISTANT..

Excellent apartments and perfect service ?? good facilities, very quiet and cozy. The customer service is very effective, it is a very good place to live

I love my new place! It’s peaceful and spacious! The only thing I don’t like is I wished we had numbered parking spaces in the front of our building! I hate the parking! It’s terrible!!

The apartment community is very peaceful and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Mrs Heatha & denisha are the best property managers ever. The maintenance staffs are quick to repair things.

I’ve been living at Northwood Apartment Homes for a few months now, and my experience has been good so far. The community is comfortable, and I haven’t had any major issues. It’s a nice place to live, and I’m looking forward to seeing how things continue!

I’ve been out here since 2022. I’ve never had an issue with my apartment . I done have pest problems , just may see a small spider or water bug here and there . The only thing I dislike is the people under me music is always loud & disruptive . I’ve called the office 2 or 3x , I done called the police and I’m just fed up because people have to work & can’t sleep or either I get off work and all the parking spots are taken due to the party crowd cars taking up tenants parking . Other than that I love it out here

Trash situation has improved alot. Glad to see the community looking better with the straw and neatness. I hope pool rules are enforced this year to keep outsiders out that do not live here.

Quiet community. Spacious apartments. Walk in closet. LARGE bedrooms. In unit w/d hookup. Pool. Fitness center. Large patio. Outside storage unit.

My experience thus far has been a great one! The community is nice and peaceful. It’s very family-oriented and the staff responds quickly. The events from the office are also nice.

I love the resident I’m staying in but I don’t like how there are cars in parking spaces that don’t work and taking up space for people with working cars that’s my only problem

Been here a little over 5 yrs. Everything is good but need night security onsite. Several management companies over the past five years. This one seems to be doing good so far.

I have been here at this complex for 5 plus years. We have had numerous management but I believe the present management is doing a good job. Suggestion of night security for people violating parking in handicap parking space and are not disable.

Place is smooth and comfortable , nice process on moving in . Stayed here riot in the past . Much better now. Application and assistance was on time and fast.

Pretty good, very well put place. We enjoy living here so much. It’s the perfect place for renting. It’s very clean and comfortable. We’ve never had any issues

Very peaceful love my neighbors very friendly and kind they let you know when there’s packages outside, greet you everyday, not to noise, pet friendly, holds conversations

It's a really nice community. Quiet overall. The only thing that I really don't like is that I can hear my neighbor snoring so loud at night, they vibrate the wall. And parking could be better. But I had multiple neighbors tell me welcome to the neighborhood when I moved in. Most everything is in really great condition. I can't wait to use the pool in the summer.

I love my new apartment! It’s very spacious and modern. The community is very clean and quiet. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Overall it’s a great environment!

The trash needs to be controlled. I really think outsiders- folks that do not live here also dump out their trash, doors, flooring, furniture too so it just make a mess for our community. Other than that, it is a nice place to live. There are still residents that speed thru the parking lot.

I think the company should work with people who pay days does not fall on the first of the month. I love living here but y’all don’t work well with people that have opposite paydays

Everyone that works here has been great to me . I have had leaks and such, be was fixed quickly It has a great kitchen and spacious living room and bedroom

Nice experience and gym people from the offifce so nice and respectful. Guys of maintenance are awesome and fast when you need something done at your apartment.

I love it. It’s peaceful out here. The staff are very sweet and helpful. This is a quiet and peaceful environment. The bedroom have a lot of space. I have not had any problems since i moved out here.

Delisha was great at assisting with my immediate move in. No delays she answered all questions with a positive attitude. Highly recommend. Settling great

I’ve been here for a month now, and it’s been a pretty solid experience! The place is super quiet—no noise issues, which is a nice change. The maintenance team is on point; they actually fix things quickly when you need it. The office staff is super friendly and helpful, always there if you need something. One of the best perks has to be the valet trash pickup—no hauling trash to the dumpster, which is honestly a lifesaver. Overall, it's a great place to call home!

I really enjoy living here. Staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable for what you get. I enjoy the valet trash and pool the most! They also helped to accommodate me and my emotional support animal.

I love it here. My only complaint is how many apps there are and how confusing it is to put in work requests! I wish there were more community events, for not only kids but for adults to meet each other. I have no complaints about the staff and the location of the apartments.

Love it here ! Really nice please to stay. Everyone is friendly and the staff is very nice as well. The rooms are big and we feel like we have plenty of room.
