Northview Apartments

Living in this apartment complex for the past three years has been outstanding. We started here as a couple until we had our first born and the overall experience was amazing. The neighborhood is quite, comfortable, a walking distance to the Emanuel Medical Center (EMC) and the folks around here are friendly with several elderly people around than college students. Kevin and the crews were always on top of things taking care of the complex and always fast and efficient to care for any maintenance and service requests you needed. You have amenities such as prepaid laundry area and a swimming pool and the area is always keep cleaned by regular sweeping of the area and trimming of the plants plus you get to have door to door special greeting notes delivered on special occasions such as mothers and fathers day, a free hot chocolate on Christmas days and a monthly raffle draw to give out 100 bucks discount for early payers, makes you feel like you're in a tight knit community. We are satisfied and highly recommend this place to live.

These apartments were great to live in. Was here for 3 years and had an amazing experience. Best experience I’ve had at any apartment complex. Property manager and maintenance man were always very helpful and very understanding. Would highly recommend!

You will not regret moving into Northview apartments!! The manager Kevin is friendly and outstanding . He definitely takes pride and enjoy in his property. You will rarely seeing any homeless people digging through the trash can or even walking through the complex. The complex is very quiet and well kept. Great walking neighborhood around the complex and grocery stores and coffee shops within walking distance. Would recommend to all ages to move in !

I lived here for almost a year and enjoyed my time at the complex. And, to clarify, this complex is not located in a rural area as the description says but in a residential area and one of the best in central Turlock accessible to everything and in a good neighborhood. The complex is quiet (no pets, no college students, few kids) and exactly the right size. The manager is a great guy and goes out of his way to deal with issues, not that there were many of them and certainly I had no complaints. It is hard to find good, reasonably priced places in Turlock and this is one of them, a real gem.

I lived here for two years as a single person from out of town. The complex always felt safe, and any maintenance requests I had were handled really quickly. However, I barely had any since the apartment was in really good shape from the beginning. Having a covered parking space included was a huge positive, and the pool and laundry amenities were great (no need to get quarters- the machines run off a prepaid card). It felt way more comfortable living in a smaller complex than some of the huge ones in town. Kevin, the manager, helped me a couple times outside of normal land lord duties. I don't have any complaints!

My family and I happen to have lived in the community for 3 years and overall it was a great experience. Kevin (the manager) was extremely helpful and understanding at all times. Overall great place to live in.

I had an amazing experience living here. The apartment manager Kevin and staff are extremely helpful, kind and caring, which made the whole moving experience easy! Assigned covered parking, laundry facilities, and mail box all conveniently located. Would definitely go back if I’m in the area again!
