no refund on security deposit. Never got to use pool or hot tub not advertised that they were closed. charge for cleaning fee and carpet cleaning fee and I was only there 6 week. Terrible management

I love it here in these apartments all the management is wonderful they have not been rude too me once and they do get stuff done just might have to remind them cause they do have a lot of stuff to do and forget but honestly I can expect anything better then this and there hasn't been no crimes since I been living here and just love all stores around me

I love everything around these apartments has a lot of stores around us they are always mowing the lawns cutting trees and its just wonderful and the apartments are just spacious for me and my little family honestly I can't complain the management has never failed us and I love that they keep packages in office and give us a call to let us know that they have our packages in the office and also the events they do for me and my family is wonderful also the gym is perfect for me the pool and hot tub is just another plus!!

Honestly Management is great can't complain they get stuff done and I also been living here for quite awhile and they never fail me I have respect for the management there cause they have a lot to do especially maintence they have to deal with a lot of things yet they still do what they have sometimes they forget I'm pretty sure if you remind them they will get stuff done sometimes its us residents fault too cause we say too get something done then resident is not there or there not being specific about there stuff and honestly I see maintence pick of dogs poop for everyone and yet they still do what they have to so residents need start communicating more with the management I love this area lately everything's been good for me and I have not had any problems

Management is horrible, DO NOT move here. Take your money elsewhere, almost an entire year here and I have yet to have window screens installed. Moved in because I was desperate for a place.All tenants received a notice that any plumbing calls/services would be charged to tenant. What is the benefit of apartment living? Overheard management saying they caused wall damage to a tenants space and laughed about it, said if the tenant kept complaining they would charge him for the damages and then proceeded to laugh. Very immature on their part and unprofessional. Apartment was dirty when I moved in, restroom door as a hole they tried to patch up instead of replacing it. They walk in unannounced when you are home without knocking!! Do not recommend these apartments at all. My boots got stolen from my own backyard so I have my bf spend the night every other night, was told he needed to fill out a lease agreement because he was here too much. The owner of this property needs to rethink his management.

Before I get into the cons of this complex, the assistant manager Lolita Was very friendly. I hate to leave a horrible review however possible new tenants should have a clue. This complex is far from clean, the minute you step on the property all you can smell is animal urine. We basically moved in on a Saturday and moved out that Monday and recite our deposit, rent and holding fee back with no problem. The manager didn’t ask any questions, probably because they could be sued at some point. The apartment want clean, it smelt like animal urine. We found fur inside of the refrigerator and old water and food floating inside the dishwasher. The list goes on and on, the assistant manager admitted to me that she had not done her pre move in walk through. ::Huge Red Flag:: I have attached a few photos... There are so many apartments in Monterey County that are cheaper, clean and don’t smell like urine. Glad we dodged that, even though it caused headaches, at least I can do is spread the word and photo.

My family & I have lived here for two years. Please note that my husband & I are very picky people...so please believe me when I tell you that you would like living here. Yes, on occasion, there has been an obnoxious neighbor...but management/security does step in to take care of it. What we really appreciate is that this community is safe enough to raise our child in & most neighbors do look out for each other here too. Add in the amenities here & you've got a sweet deal.

I love my apartment and the location. Of it. Its a spacious 2 bedroom 2 full bath with washer and dryer in the unit. It has 2 pools and a work out riom. We have a lil patio which is great for BBQing. They are pet friendly. I have recommended these appartments to several people and the people who have actually moved in love it here...

Master bedroom, living room are very spacious. Bathrooms and kitchen are very small. For the most part I've had good experiences here. up stair Neighbors are something else they are filthy and loud and managers do not care about any body's well being.
