The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Northridge Gardens
The actual units are nice and maintenance is always on top of it when we have maintenance issues. The only bad thing is the leasing office!! Once that one guy (i think his name was Marvin or something like that) left management like 2 or 3 years ago, it went downhill from then. Honestly, they suck now, management sucks, the girls have attitude, and they hardly even answer their phones. Went to the pool/jacuzzi area once at night with a guest and there were cockroaches running all over the ground, it was so embarrassing! You will also see roaches in the halls and stairs so just a warning. Alos, don't live here if you want a quiet place.

I live here, the rooms are very spacious, maintenance is really nice and helpful whenever you need something fixed. cons are that they dont let you have a grill but also dont provide one in pool area??? parking could be better, the gate should open automatically when exiting. Super annoying to have to walk out to open the gate for someone. and the controls suck! lol THE WALLS ARE SO THIN. We can hear/feel every step our upstairs neighbors take. they are extremely loud and management has done nothing. its probably a mix of the walls being thin and them always having parties that last all night lol. other than that, this place is cool. i suggest living on the top floor!
