Property Ratings at Northridge Apartments
I have lived at the Northridge apartments going on 10 years. The apartment Manager is always timely with any issues I’ve had. Any maintenance work order has been resolved very quickly. I feel they make the residents a priority. As I’ve lived here for a while, they have offered me new carpet and paint and other upgrades to my apartment. It’s a great place to live! Highly recommend
Although Northridge Apartments were built more than 40 years ago it doesn't look it. Well maintained grounds and regularly maintenance give a pleasant experience on first inspection. 2 bedroom residence has been updated with new paint, windows and some hardware although carpet, while clean needs to go along with room doors. Kitchen has new appliances, flooring and cabinet hardware. Storage is not a problem with a full basement with washer and dryer hookup. Staff is friendly and professional with swift resolution to most problems
