Leaking AC I reported my leaking AC on June 20th. and apparently it needed a new valve which I was told the contractor couldn't get his hands on. Brad came up here 2x to wrap the pipe, but it didn't help the dripping. Finally the contractor came to install the part on July 30! Since then it appears to be working like a charm, and Brad has come back to check on it and also cut me a new ceiling tile. After a month and a half, it appears to be good as new. This has been an on going issue for as long as I have lived here. 20 years and hopefully I will not have to deal with this in the future.

AC leaking pipe Brad tried to wrap the pipe but it still leaks. It needs a new valve which has been ordered but it hasn’t come in yet. Still waiting. I want to attach video but don’t know how.

I've lived at NorthPointe for just over a year and haven't had any problems. It's a nice community that's within a decent radius of school for me. The staff have always been extremely accomodating and never rude. The amenities like the pool, hot tub, and sauna are obvious bonuses for a college kid like myself. As long as I live in the area, I would definitely stay here.
