5 stars across the board including the management. From the new management to the maintenance crew, everyone here is so kind, understanding, and easy to communicate with. Apartments are beautiful as well.
These apartments went into new management and they are turning everything around about this place. The maintenance team is on it when you have an issue! The space that you get in the dining and living room areas are huge than the average apartment in KC! Great place to live I highly recommend!

This property is the best apartment complex I have ever rented from. Aside from little communication between maintenance and the residents, I have no complaints. With it not being a corporate owned property, your needs are met with the utmost importance. They are actually in the middle of renovation the units, so no dingy, worn down apartments. Spring of 2024, they will be repaving the lot (which is most definitely necessary lol). With that being said, I will continue to rent here until I can purchase a house of my own. 10/10 highly recommend!

Ive lived here almost a year now and the new property managers are awesome!!!! Andy is so personable and kind. The maintanance staff are all so friendly and respond quickly to all requests. They are renovating all apartments and the covered parking. Love this place!
If you are searching for a place to call home, then start here. I moved in 10 months ago and have been nothing but impressed with the management /maintenance team. They hit a trifecta with professionalism, thoroughness, and kindness. All that plus a spacious beautiful apartment with great neighbors and quick access to everything!
