Save your money it’s not worth the headache. my boyfriend and I moved in at the end of October and have already had massive maintenance issues with the apartment and while maintenance is quick to fix it new issues always pop up! when we first moved in the entire place was not clean whatsoever!! the toilet screeches every time you flush it, the oven door was and STILL IS broken (even after a request was put in), there was a puddle of water in the kitchen and the last tenants dirty dishes in the dishwasher. It was disgusting. when we went back up to the office to tell them that it looked like crap they ignored us for about 45 minutes and then told us they’d have it ready by the next day (move in day). The next day it was cleaned, but not deeply just on the surface level. we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and move in, hoping that this would be the least of our problems. that has not been the case as I said previously our oven door has not been fixed, and our dishwasher broke and our warm water goes in and out all the time! Whatever conversations we have had with people in the office they are extremely rude and speak to you as if you’re the issue! We have lived here less than a month and already want to leave!! Oh and you’ll never get a good parking spot you will have to drive a mile away! There is no use in paying for a garage because none of them work!
Everything is fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There were just a couple issues with the apartment that need to be addressed and fixed.
The apartments and amenities are actually very nice. The big problem for us is that a lot of stuff needed to be repaired before we moved in. We had to contact maintenance for a lot of things. The place was just not ready for when we moved in. Maintenance was quick and they were able to get everything fixed, but it probably should have been done well before we moved in.

It is an ok place to live. If you are looking for an average place here is your spot. Maintenance is ok. Leasing office is ok. Nothing stands out to me here.
Everything was a breeze with the move in, had zero problems and the apartment is so nice! Fresh paint and carpet and new appliances. We are very happy and excited to start our family here

I love it here. Theres been a few issues with things breaking and such but nothing major. Maintenance is quick. Neighbors are friendly. And the neighborhood is mostly quiet.
It a great place dont get us wrong but there has been times we’re we put in requests and wait months to get the stuff done? For example I have broken switches in my apartment and not fixed we didn’t get gym key tell 5 months after living here and still no garage and we have asked
We have new management again. But, this management has been kind and caring. I cannot go into detail but let’s just say, in a time of dire need, they have been more than kind and patient.
My wife and I love living here. We appreciate the help and support the Northland Heights community gives us. We’ve been here for years for a reason.
We came here as a family towards the end of February and settled in our house. We found this place to be a very peaceful. We were also happy to have children's playgrounds and a bicycle path. Everything is going well for now. I think it is a great advantage that it is especially close to markets and shopping places.
Beautiful neighborhood for most part! Could use some cleaning up a lot of neighbors have junk sitting around for weeks on end. Maintenance is quick to help with any issues. Office staff friendly!
The staff is always nice and super helpful and accommodating. Maintenance is friendly and usually responds pretty quickly. Neighbors are polite and the neighborhood is good and quiet.
Apartment was disgusting and in shambles when we moved in. Maintenance and office staff repeatedly ghosted us. Downstairs neighbor smokes so much weed and cigarettes that it makes our home absolutely reek, their bass shakes our walls until after midnight, and they leave their dog waste all over the place. We've complained several times but nothing has been done. Parking is an absolute joke as is the community. I was hoping the new management would make some changes but so far it's all the same, just more emails reminding people of community rules they dont enforce. Stay far away.
Been here for three years. It’s a great amusement home located in an amazing school district. I’ve had minimal issues here. Location is close to anything and everything.
Everything is very beautiful. I love my site. Cleanliness is my favorite. I like it to be quiet and calm. I have a hard time finding parking, I don't like it.
I just enjoy that the community is very quiet. I like the two maintenance guys, they are very respectful and helpful with getting things fixed accurately.
So far, everyone has been very sweet and welcoming. Anything that I have has an issue with in the apartment, it's been meet with understanding an immediate action to fix it.

We love Northland Heights. Beautifully landscaped, pristine pool, well maintained. The office personnel are efficient, courteous and quick to respond.
Just moved in two weeks ago and so far everything is perfect. The only thing I would’ve changed is the cleaning in the apartment when we first moved in. They didn’t clean a few things and the walls and baseboards had some issues. Other than that, It’s perfect and the community is great.
There have been both a combination of good and unpleasant experiences while living at Northland Heights over the past almost 5 years now. This ranged from our work orders not being completed, the countertops not getting replaced after putting in several requests to the severe smell of Weed coming into my daughter's bedroom closet, and the vents in our apartment. I don't know why this has not been addressed, but I would like to know the reason we cannot have the countertops replaced when they are in dire need of it. We understand the crew can get very busy at times, but we are paying for a certain level of quality of service that simply has not been consistent and maintained throughout our time living here.
I have only been in my apartment a week but I’m loving it!!! The staff is nice and the community seems great, hopefully I’ll still love it after a few months.
The only complaint I have is when we moved in, the apartment had multiple things not fixed from the previous tenant. We submitted multiple maintenance requests and they did fix a few things and whatever they didn’t complete, we went ahead and did ourselves. Other than that the experience has been okay. No other complaints.
So far seems awesome just moved in only had a few problems with my apartment but maintenence has been working quickly to fix it Front desk is amazing at getting info to you asap and keeping us updated
Living here was great for the first 4 months, but since then it's all been down hill. I'm disappointed and I feel like I'm just being ripped off. My AC has died twice in the last 11 months, and each time it has taken the properties maintenance over a week to come fix it. I also have been waiting around a month for them to fix my toilet.
The process is very simple and easy. The people are very helpful and professional, when we needed anything or we didn’t know anything they are super quick to help and too fix as much as they can.
I love it here it’s really peaceful the neighborhood is really quiet it’s something I’ve always wanted the neighbors are very nice I’m really glad I chose to live here
My experience has been good with Northland Heights! I do plan on doing another lease after my 1 year lease ends, because my girlfriend and I have enjoyed our stay here. The pest control hasn't been consistent and the walls are a little thin as I can here my upstairs neighbors if they're running around, but it's nothing that has ever bothered me before. All around those are the only complaints that I could say that I have. Other than that it does feel like home.

Was good in the beginning. Now the rent is so much more more for the little square footage you have. In addition, there’s dog poop everywhere. I walk my dog every day and have to make sure I don’t step in one.

I like Ali, the Leasing Agent. He has such a great personality. Even with the office having to use other employees from other Lincoln sites, everyone seemed to be super friendly and tried to help the best they can. Though maintenance and housekeeping did not have the place cleaned on moving day, walls were not painted properly. I did talk to the office and had things resolved, by next day; the apartment looked so much better, still have a list of things to be repaired. I love how it's so quiet and no dumpsters; I was shocked. Such a clean property.

Staff is great but neighbors are not. Neighbors constantly throw food into the grassy area where dogs go. Neighbors will not clean up after themselves.

So far the move in experience was good other then a few hiccups. The apartment is nice . And the pool is great ! Only issue is the air conditioning is not great on 3rd floor as heat rises. Our apartment couldn't get under 82 degrees during heat wave which was horrible ?? but now that it has cooled off things are comfortable.

Great place to live if you're willing to pay the high rent. A lot of amenities like a pool and fitness center. Fiber internet and garage parking is also offered here. The complex is also clean and well kept. Close to the highway and many stores and shops.
