I have lived here for almost a year and this place always has something broken wether it’s the door that doesn’t look the back door that doesn’t open with your key or the elevator is down not to mention they always have some kind of stupid fee to add to everything you do would never recommend renting from Dakota commercial my friends all said to go through someone else and I have them a try and was proven wrong I really should have listened to them please don’t move into this place it sucks!!!!
I have lived at Northern Heights for about a year and love it! The location is close to downtown and the university. The staff is quick at fixing issues and are easy to get ahold of. The apartments are clean, spacious, and nice. I would recommend renting from Dakota Commercial!
I currently live at Northern Heights and overall it has been a really good experience! The apartments are nice, clean, and very conveniently located. The management is nice, easy to get in contact with, and takes care of issues quickly. The only questionable aspect was that when we toured the apartment the person who showed us around was somewhat unaware of the specifications of the apartment and told us the wrong rent price initially, so I would make sure to double-check some information. Overall, I would recommend renting a Dakota Commerical apartment.

I have lived in Northern Heights for about a year and Dakota commercial has always been promt with responses to concerns! The building is kept clean and I have very little noise complaints! I love that you can have the downtown feel without being right in the middle of downtown!
Solid quality apartment especially given the price.Overall great company. Only issue I've ran into is that maintenance takes a while to respond to requests.
I love at Northern Heights, and personally can not say enough about them! I love the staff! They are so incredibly helpful. The parking is cleaned. The workout room is amazing!! I feel safe living downtown, and the units are comfy with a “home” vibe! Highly recommend checking it out!
I have loved living in Northernheights. It’s close to downtown, but you don’t have the downtown traffic and I never have a problem finding a parking spot. Would recommend these apartments.
Northern Heights is nice. The apartment building is pleasing to the eye and the room layouts are great. The process to sign a lease and move in were painless, especially with the help of Matt. I am leaving this apartment with 4 stars due to the following: you only get 1 parking spot with a 2 bedroom apartment. They leave you to find a spot on the street which sometimes is completely filled up. Another issue is the smell of our apartment. There is a lingering strong odor of curry, that will not leave, regardless of the tactics used. Its an extremely noticible odor and I wouldve liked to see something done about it before we moved in.
Just recently moved into Northern Heights. The place is legit and simply amazing. In terms of price you really can't beat it. The apartments come with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, and oven. You really can't beat the location being so close to downtown.
