North Grand Rapids is the sprawling sector north of central Grand Rapids along Interstate 96. Although this portion of the city offers a suburban feel, there are abundant amenities within the area. State Route 37, also known as Alpine Avenue, is lined with restaurants, supermarkets, retailers, and local businesses. Property Ratings at Northern Dell Commons
This complex is very easy to work with and very flexible with tenants. I have had a great experience here and they are very easy to work with and very accommodating! I would recommend living here.
August 2024 (the day our lease ends) cannot come soon enough. We’ve struggled with excessive noise the entire time we’ve been here. When I say it is all day, it is ALL DAY. I know because I work from home. Management has offered us a new unit. That said, they’re completely setting the next tenant up for the same exact problem without solving the extreme problem at hand. Additionally, we submitted a maintenance request on 9/4 for our dishwasher that was leaving a large puddle on the floor every time we ran it. They finally got someone scheduled to come on 10/26. Just another example of their poor management. While the units are pretty and clean, we’d WAY rather have relaxation and quiet.
