We are located on a dead end street here on the Southeast side of Warren, Howland Township. Our apartments are not only located on a quiet side of town, they are also newly renovated and updated to appeal to every person looking for a quiet, beautiful place to live. Our 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments are approximately 850 sq. ft. The upstairs apartments have balcony's that are perfect for a bistro set for 1 or 2 people to enjoy their morning paper, coffee or tea. The downstairs apartments have their own patio also that is perfect for a small patio set! All of our apartments come with ALL of the appliances! Every building has a shared, coin operated washer & dryer on the first floor. Baseboard heating in the winter and an air conditioned unit in the summer make both of those seasons here in Ohio bearable. All of the utilities are included except the electric, which is through Ohio Edison. Would you like a place for your car but don't want to pay EXTRA for a covered carport? NO PROBLEM!!!! We don't charge extra for you to park your vehicle under the port! It is already included in the rent! Dont feel *safe*? NO PROBLEM!!!! We also have Security Camera's throughout the complex AND secured entrances to EVERY building! We are located near ALL of your shopping needs!!! The Eastwood mall is within walking distance.
