outstanding staff very friendly just love Amanda and mainteance conrad when call with a problem it's done quickly and they always follow up with the repair amanda always have a smile and go above and beyond duties on the propertyand the property stay clean no trash on the ground couldn't chosen better place to live been there 2 1/2 years mrs.edwards

I lived at Northpointe for a little over two years. It is a great place to live, so quiet, nice apts, nice appliances. The neighbors were friendly, no one bothered me at all. Becca the manager is great. She is very friendly, very helpful, and understanding. She goes above and beyond to help you in anyway. When I had a problem I reported it to her and by the time I would get home from work the problem usually was fixed. Loved living there, so close to my work and everything I shopped was very close also. Do yourself a favor give Becca a call and tour the place and make it your next nice new home. I did and loved it. The only reason I left was I had a new job that moved me back home to West Monroe, La. Randy J. Hart/ West Monroe, La.

Not worth the price you pay. So much hassle. Matenince doesn't know what they are doing. I had to fix the ac unit, washer/dryer, water heater myself. They will find anything to screw you out of your deposit. Washer and dryer are not what's listed. Do not stay here. Overall worst apartment complex I have ever stayed at.

The area is nice and close to the mall, the Boardwalk, schools and plenty of places to shop. Management is courteous and friendly, Ms. Becca is very professional, she will go out of her way to provide a solution to a problem a tenant may have with their apartment. The complex is quiet and very safe. The 3 bedroom apartment is quite large. I have lived here for over 8 years and have been satisfied the whole time.

I've lived at North Pointe a few years with my dog. The location is safe, comfortable & close to all of your shopping needs. Ms. Becca is the property manager. She is very professional, caring, and understanding. If you are looking for a decently priced apartment in a nice area, look North Pointe up.

My boyfriend and I lived in North Pointe Apartments for a little over a year. He was stationed at Barksdale AFB, and the staff was incredibly understanding when he separated from the military and we had to move. The maintenance and office staff were always exceptionally friendly. I loved living here and I often miss it. If I had to name a complaint it would be the parking lot; the lot was in pretty bad condition for the entirety of our time living there. It was never a serious problem, but if you drive a low-riding vehicle it may give you some issues. Other than that, I'd rate North Pointe as an overall good complex to lease with. Recommend!

North Pointe is a older complex. When I first moved in I thought it was a great place. Everyone was nice and it felt like home. The Remodeled Apartments were okay, the Mantle above the fire place was crooked, the living room had a draft like no other. The door frame didn't fit with the door at all. I asked to get it fixed, The maintenance guy came by but nothing was fixed. I asked multiple times but I still didn't get what I requested. The more i lived there the more I saw. New Ten-tents Came in, Children would be bouncing a basketball between apartments at 7:00 in the morning. The 2 months I was there the A/C unit went out. Nothing was done about it. The Property Manager told me "Oh its getting cold out you want need it anymore" After I moved out the Property Manager Contacted me saying my cat had peed everywhere and I have to pay for the damages. So if you like Half done apartments then it will be perfect for you. If you want something worth your money and time spend a little more and get something thats worth every bit of the money you'll pay each month. The Roads going through the apartment are worst the the streets of Shreveport-Bossier. This Apartment Complex deserves 0 starts. The Property Manger also has favorite Occupants so watch out she is Fake when it comes to selling you on the apartment.
