Property Ratings at North Park Apartments
The location of this apartment community is very close to downtown Brenham. One of the best locations in town by far. The management is easily the most helpful and quick to respond I have ever met.
Love that it is next to the park and the splash pad. There is a skate park across the street. Beautiful trees and the apartments are all redone.
I have never been so frustrated!!!! Repeatedly broken ac(over a dozen)for months during 100* weather. Drugs, drug deals and sketchy ppl driving up all hours of the night yelling, playing loud music and honking their horns. Loose tiles in the kitchen that never get fixed. Beer cans and trash all over on weekends as the landlord doesn't live here so weekends are extra loud and with extra drug activity. Kids riding hover boards in parking lot smashing into cars and playing on cars. LANDLORD ADDRESSES NO ISSUES!!!!!!
