The new management company is really taking care of the property and maintenance calls get responded to very quickly. Amy from the leasing office has been so helpful with any questions I have. I love living here and would recommend moving here.
It an awesome place to live
I lived here for a year. When I first moved in it was nice and up kept. I moved in, in August, by the time December came I couldn't walk out of the door without almost stepping in dog poop, the lobby, halls and mail room smelled like wet dog all the time. This wasn't only in the winter but once it got warm too! The only thing the complex would do was post notices that people should clean up after their pets but no one ever got it up! No one ever actually put their trash in the compactor, you would have to walk through and step on trash and dog poop just to take your trash out! When I decided to move (which was because they wouldn't keep the community clean)I was terrified that roaches or mice would arise and start getting into the building. And, I lived in the building with the leasing office, I cant imagine how the other buildings looked and smelled inside and around. I sent my letter to the management office notifying them, I got a letter about a walk through but they never showed up and if they did I wasn't there nor did they leave anything stating that they came by. My letter included my forwarding address and everything. A few months after being gone I get a call from a collection agency for over $2000.00 for damages. It wouldnt have been a problem if 1 they had told me that during/ after the walk through or 2 they had notified me prior to sending me to collections! I cant believe this my credit was great. I even washed all of the walls by had before I moved out. These people are terrible.

Great location friendly staff needs some upgrades But overall a nice place to call home.
Really love living here these past 2 months. I feel like I`m home.
Friendly environment and good for living
we lived there for almost 17 years. after my mom passed away i was told i could not stay yet i paid the rent on time for almost a year. we were good tenants.yet we had to deal with noise from the apartment above us including toilet seats slamming running around all hours of the day and night tenants playing video games and etc.
Very nice staff and helpful. They made my move easy and fast
So far I am satisfied and have no complaints

Took a star off for how unclean and rude residents can be, I know it's not North Church's fault but they do reflect the complex and who you allow to move in, took another star off for price, I think the apartments are a bit over priced.
Overall good community based on living in an apartment complex.

The staff have been very helpful! Anytime I have a question, no matter how small, they have helped me answer it or find whatever I'm seeking. Very welcoming community here as well
If there is a reported problem the staff moves quickly to get it resolved.
The buildings are infested with roaches so they closed all the garbage chutes and make residents walk outside to the compactor which gets too full regularly which means you have to walk back to your apartment with your trash. Sometimes the washers and dryers stop working. Maintenance has always been prompt and helpful for me. No one has ever stolen any of my belongings. The gym was very small but kept clean. Lots of parking. My packages have been stolen multiple times. They installed cameras in the mail room.
Lies about their prices. I confirmed over the phone a rent price and when I got there they jumped the price 150 dollars over what we discussed. They also promised the apartment available would be renovated but it’s an absolute disaster. Appliances from the mid 80s filthy carpet, disgusting tiles. Etc

I have lived here for 9 years. The last year things have been stolen from my apartment. Turns out the maintenance staff were going into apartments and robbing people. The management figured it out and fired them. They started evicting those they knew were victims, they used the lame excuse of cleanliness. The garbage compactor is always breaking down, so garbage is thrown on the floor. Now there are cockroaches. Good luck if you move in here.

Been at this apartment complex for a year and the experience has been less than pleasant. Nothing gets fixed correctly as I have had maintenance back several times for the same issues. The common areas are always dirty as many of the tenants here do not clean up after themselves and just throw trash on the floors and in the elevators. The apartment walls do not block any noise so if you get a noisy neighbor then good luck. The initial rent is comparable to other places in the area but when your lease is up they jack your rent way up to what you would pay for a more upscale apartment and this place is definitely not that with its outdated kitchen and appliances. Save your time and money and aggravation and look elsewhere.
