Property Ratings at Norse Landing
Me and my three children have lived here since February, and it’s been great so far. Going into the holiday season, it’s really nice to have some where that feels like home… everyone here, from Michelle and Ray, to my neighbors are just the nicest people you have ever met. Any time I have ever needed anything, it has always been addressed and resolved in a timely manner. If you want some where to live, with office management that truly cares about you as a person, this is your place.

I actually really loved my time at Norse Landing Apartments. The place was incredibly clean, well-kept, and most importantly—quiet. If you're someone who values a peaceful, tidy living environment, this is absolutely the place to be. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for a year, and from day one, the experience was excellent. Michelle, the leasing manager, made the entire move-in process smooth and welcoming. She was incredibly kind, patient, and walked me through all the paperwork step-by-step. Her professionalism and warmth continued throughout my stay. When it was time to move out, she guided me through that process just as thoughtfully. During my time there, I had a small issue with my electricity bill, and the team at Norse Landing went above and beyond to help me get it resolved. That kind of care really stood out. One thing I appreciated a lot was how communicative they were about inspections or apartment access. Michelle always sent out at least a four-day notice in advance—by email, text, and a printed note—so I never felt caught off guard. Maintenance was also a big plus. Anytime I had a request, the response was quick and efficient. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. I would highly recommend Norse Landing to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed home in Northern Kentucky.

I recently moved into a two bedroom apartment and I love it. The apartments are located on a quiet street and it gives a very suburban neighborhood vibe. However, you are still close to everything. Some people mentioned Michelle being awesome, they did not exaggerate, she is simply divine. You will love it here if you choose these apartments.

Where do I even start? This is our first apartment! And this is amazing, not only are the prices amazing for what you get BUT the management is just so amazing!! Michelle and Kenny are the BEST!! They’re so quick to respond and if there’s any issues Kenny is great to make sure it’s fixed and looked at! There hasn’t been any issues and everything gets explained so it’s an easier move in!
For the price and location the space is great. My townhome was renovated and had new appliances. The light in the living area is top notch for someone with a green thumb that loves plants. Michelle the property manager is a true gem, she is very caring and quick to respond to any requests or concerns. Kenny the maintenance man does quick, efficient work. The property is clean and well kept, with a diverse collection of families, students and singles. I definitely would recommend this property!
Michelle and Kenny make this complex truly great to live in. She’s done everything she can to help us out with our move and living situation and we are truly so grateful for her. The quality for the price here is incredible!
Norse landing is under new management and A LOT BETTER!!! I've recently became a tenant and I absolutely love it....the manager is amazing, helpful, down to earth and honest.....the apartments are being kept up and clean.... maintenance is being done DAILY. SO IF YOU WANT A PLACE YOU'LL FEEL AT HOME FOR A DECENT PRICE ....GO TO NORSE LANDING
Soon moving in we were missing two screens in our window. It has been three months and still have had nothing done about that. We were told our problems probably wouldn’t be fixed until “2024” hate to break it to ya, but we will most definitely not be staying here that long. Bc of the screen problem we have stink bugs everywhere. Upon moving in we also discovered our bathroom outlet doesn’t work. Hop you like drying your hair in your room!! Even with those problems pushed aside, maintenance literally painted over everything INCLUDING THE TRACKS FOR THE CLOSETS. So now anything you need something out of the closet the doors fall off or get jammed. Terrible place to live with a terrible land lord. DO NOT COME HERE
Just don’t do it! Nasty inside and out. I can’t believe the rent is as high as it is. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!
This was BY FAR the worst place I have EVER lived at. The pictures are not at all what the apartments look like, none of the appliances were new. They all have old carpet. The balconies are falling in. They charge when you move out for carpet cleaning, but when we moved in it had very obviously not been cleaned. While we lived there the dishwasher broke, the oven broke, the fridge was barely functioning, the shower broke, the bathroom sink leaked, and we had to have the kitchen sink fixed twice and the third time we just fixed it ourselves. Two of our windows were cracked, no screens in the windows. Management is awful, the repair men are creepy, there were holes in our walls that that had put cardboard up and just painted over the cardboard. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
To begin, they will catfish you. They’re apartments are not NEARLY as nice as they are advertised. It’s actually quite disgusting how much they charge for how little they are willing to renovate and improve the apartments. I live in a duplex, which was supposed to be one of the nicer places they offer. AWFUL. I have lived here for 9 months, i’ll be moving out soon, thank god. To begin, there’s a big issue. None of my windows have screens on them and the doors are not properly fitted or sealed so bugs get in. Spiders, centipedes, stink bugs, beetles, mosquitos, you name it. You can’t control the heat and they have it up way too high for way too long and it gets unbearably hot. I still had to use my AC during the winter, which is a unit btw they do NOT have central air. When I moved in they were too cheap to fix a closet door the previous renter punched a hole through so they just flipped it the other way hoping i wouldn’t notice. I did. And they never fixed or replaced it, I’ve been here 9 months now. It also just really bothered be how they were advertising themselves as newly renovated but these places don’t look like nothing but new paint (awful paint job btw, they painted over my electrical box to the point where you’re unable to open it) and floors have happened. dated appliances, dated features, dated cabinets that they just slap some paint on, rusted sinks and drains, very old windows, AC units no central air. When i moved in I had to deep clean everything myself because things were still visibly dirty, like my sealing fan was caked in dust. Just disgusting. Also majority of the rooms in my house don’t have ceiling fans or lights. So you need to buy a lamp for like every room. There are just SO many things about this place that make it just a waste of your money. They shouldn’t be charging this much. You can find much nicer places for cheaper!
Approved for a 2 bedroom apartment at the end of June. Was told the apartment would be available at the end of July. Contacted manager the week of July 19. Was told that the flooring still needed to put in the apartment. July 29th received an email stating the manager was no longer in management. We went to the lease office to talk to someone. They said they were going to do a walk through of the apartments to see which ones were vacant. They contacted us later that day to say the apartment would be ready to move in on August 4th. By this time, we had a different building number and apartment number. Signed the lease electronically yesterday. We have people helping us move. We were only a few minutes away from apartment and received a text from "manager" stating "did so and so contact you about your apartment not being available to move in today?" Never got a phone call or even a notification of a voicemail. We go in to talk to the "manager." The apartment did NOT have FLOORING. Duke was already transferred into the name of leasee. There were other things about management but this topped it all.
Not even a leasee, was looking to possibly get an apartment there. Set up tour, everything was done through text, viewed apartment alone, it was unlocked prior. More than one viewing at a time. CAKE TOPPER: ROTTEN BUSTED BOARD on stairs leading to apartment, inside was paint splattered everywhere, rusted everything, no shower head, a boiler that looked rusted and bad, unclean central A/C unit, everything that went to the A/C was ripped apart, falling off or rusted. It was in terrible condition and in no way should be what you are showing a prospective client/renter.
