Nordica Landing

I love it here! Super nice maintenance and office staff and my apartment is lovely. My neighbors have been friendly which is always a plus. I could not recommend this place enough!

N/A not sure yet haven't had the opportunity to meet anyone for I have not been able to move in yet. The application process was very long and move in date keeps changing

Very happy to have found Nordica Landing. I don't usually leave reviews, but I have found the staff and my neighbors all very pleasant. The pickleball courts are great for when I have family in town and the pool is also nice. The apartment itself has been great and it is very spacious. All in all, I feel safe here and I know I have a warm home to come home to at the end of every workday.

Fantastic experience so far. The neighborhood is very calm and quite, very near to all the shops and essential places. Manager is just an angel.

I toured Nordica Landing this past weekend and enjoyed all of the amenities. The leasing office told me they are adding to the sports court area to make room for even more amenities. The unit I toured was spacious and clean and it was nice to have a washer and dryer inside. I love the fountain and all of the beautiful trees. It seems like a safe neighborhood and the price is good.

Current “management” does not mind getting into screaming arguments with tenants, and NEVER follows up with a resolution when needed. He turns a blind eye to drug use, and sales in the complex. It allows more traffic, and people are bumping music at all hours of the night. It also allows more trash to be thrown in the street, and trash that’s never picked up, including a WalMart shopping cart that’s been sitting for weeks in the complex. There’s also mounds of dog poop that he allows to continue to happen, even though there is a dog park. Exterior conditions of the buildings are AWFUL. Rotten wood is everywhere, including broken lattice work, overflowing gutters filled with leaves, screens that are damaged/torn that is not replaced. We pay amenity fees for moldy outdoor furniture, a dirty grill area, and a pool that is sometimes a greenish color with leaves floating on top. Take your money, and save it for somewhere else.

These apartments are ran down, not taken care of, and most importantly the property itself it’s nasty. They don’t clean up at all, the trash can at the dog park hasn’t been emptied out in over a month, the dumpsters will have trash all around them that’s never cleaned up, drug deals constantly going on. So many nicer well kept apartments around!

The apartments here are the equivalent of lipstick on a pig. The photos look good but the reality is quite different. There's wood rot, clanging pipes, obnoxious neighbors, and more. The complex is run by an incompetent and inconsiderate staff so good luck getting help with anything. Glad I don't live here anymore. Buyer beware.

Beyond what I think is a bad choice in paint color for a complex located in a city that attracts tourist year round and is the home of the world most famous beach and Nascar yearly event; sit's Osprey Landings; an unassuming apartment complex. The rent is very affordable yet, luxurious amenities. The floor plans offers choices of one and two spaces bedroom apartments with a house like feel. While the property's demographic is diverse, the community is very safe, quiet and serene; the property manager and the office assistant are very easy to approach with any concerns. As a resident I know that my comfort is important to them and is why maintenance and concerns are dealt with on what feels like an immediate bases. The complex is ideally located minutes from Hospitals, Publix, Wal-Mart, Walgreens and CVS pharmacies, colleges, 5 stars public schools, Malls, wonderful restaurants, beaches and interstates 4 and 95 junctions. I know this review may sounds to good to believe or like it has been written by an employee, but I have been apart of this community for the past three years and the piece of mind, as a single mother of 2, I have gotten is priceless, therefore, Osprey Landings is highly recommended. I dare you to look beyond the paint and enter!!!

The management is extremely friendly and always available. The apartment are spacious and pet friendly. The private patio is an a awesome plus and its screened. A limitless pricy but worth it.

For being located near 3 colleges and the bustling Daytona Speedway, Osprey Landings is actually a very peaceful and relaxed living community. I've been a resident here for quite awhile and never once submitted a noise complaint. My A/C unit decided to quit one hot, Florida Saturday afternoon, and I was worried that the office was going to tell me that maintenance was out until Monday. About an hour later, I got a knock on my door and it was maintenance coming to fix my A/C! I'm so thankful for the wonderful staff here at Osprey Landings who are willing to sacrifice their day off for the sake of their residents' comfort.
