Property Ratings at Nordica Bay
It's been great so far I'm loving my apartment my neighbors are nice and friendly. Maintenance has always Responded in a timely manner, up keep of the outside has been fine along the pool area also. I would recommend Nordica Bay Apartments to any of the friends and family.
So far my living experience here at Nordica has been wonderful. My Husband and I have been warmly welcome by neighbors and some of the resident during our initial move-in. I like the property very much and Nordica is located un a beautiful residential Community. I'm hopping the swimming pool will be repaired soon. I look forward to enjoying a continued wonderful experience here at Nordica.
Excellent location, the apartment cleaners side a great job and it is nice. No yelling, or loud music blasting from parking lot. The property is well kept and orderly.
The pool has been dirty for a month now. After contacting Nordica Bay multiple times, our building manager has gone radio silent and nothing has been fixed. He tried to convince me it was clean but the bottom of the pool is dark yellow and the water is murky. The elevator was not working. We never received an email about this and there was never a note on the elevator to NOT use it. This was a safety hazard. The drying machines are not suitable. I have to pay double for the dryer to dry my clothes again because it simply does not work the way it’s expected. All in all, the amenities are not up to par with what we thought we were getting. Also, we have stopped asking for maintenance to fix anything because they never really do. Our airconditioner continues to fill with water that we have to empty weekly, our sliding glass door still is not fixed, our hallway closet door is still broken, and our dishwasher can’t open without us opening the bottom sink cabinet.
I love living here! The nieghborhood is quiet while still giving great access to restaurants and activities. The staff is helpful and maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely and friendly manner.
The managers of this building have been very helpful and accommodating making our move in experience very pleasant. The apartment is pretty nice and the layout is great. Great location as well. The neighbors have been very nice and quiet too
The staff at Nordica Bay Apartments Mr. Isaiah and Ms. Ana are a great team and the move was good. Nice area love my apartment. Neighbors and the up keep of the area is clean and I would recommend this to anyone.
Great experience living here so far! The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the management team is responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are a nice bonus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to call home!
I love living at Nordica Bay! The maintenance guys are excellent and I love that it has a pool for such a small property. My apartment is renovated and they did a really nice job!
I have been here going on 2-years now and overall I have no complaints. Every apartment complex will have flaws, no community is perfect but I am very satisfied here! Management is very nice and the maintenance crew gets the job done!!
The complex and community is great! The neighbors are respectful of each other. The grounds are well-kept, and so are the buildings. It’s a nice place to live and relax at after a busy work day or just needing to relax.
Nordica Bay is a great location in St. Pete to live. I toured an apartment and loved all the new upgrades the management team is making to the apartment interiors. I haven't seen renovations like these in any of the older buildings in St. Pete. New quartz counters and pretty kitchen cabinets. Best of all, the building is in a safe area that is affordable- which is hard to come by these days.
I am a current resident; this property does look like it does online. If anyone is interested drive by, it's disgusting. A new management team came on in February, and since then, it has gone WAY DOWNHILL! They are never on site and do not respond to txt or emails-GO LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!
