NORA Apartments

I have been at Nora for 5 months now and everything has been amazing. I don’t have a single complaint! This is the best place I’ve ever lived

I just renewed my lease and the process was very quick and easy. Although there was a rate increase, it is still affordable compared to other properties in downtown. I absolutely enjoy living at Nora and all of the amenities as well as the resident events. The management staff and maintenance team are the best! They are really friendly and make residents feel like family!

I’ve been living at Nora Apartments in downtown Orlando for about 3 years now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is super convenient close enough to walk or bike to bars, restaurants, and Lake Eola, but still tucked away enough to feel quiet and chill.

Great apartment complex! Very clean and maintained stays on top of things. The past few weeks maintained had been doing their routine checks to make spaces more livable!

I love my apartment complex! The monthly events & food trucks are great. Our pool area is set up so well but never too noisy or crowded. The location is great because it’s central to all the best restaurants & bars!

Very quiet community, absolutely love the area!! The staff is very nice and helpful. I’m excited to continue living here :) Looking forward to keep exploring the area.

Our time here at Nora has been great. Four months in and really happy with our decision. We’ve enjoyed pool days and grilling out with friends. They all loved the inviting space especially the covered lounge areas. The office staff truly cares about the community and the maintenance team is quick to resolve issues that come up. When our dryer belt snapped the team was here the next morning, ordered the part and fixed it in a day. I recommend this beautiful community. Luxury living for a fair and reasonable cost.

Just moved in yesterday, so far, very happy with the apartment. Love the location, amenities, and the apartments are clean and modern. Looking forward to calling this place home.

Move in day was a breeze! Everyone in the leasing office is so kind, attentive and caring. When they say luxury apartments it’s true. I have to remind myself that I’m in my home and not at a resort.

The staff is so nice! The community looks just like a resort. I feel so fancy here! I’ve just moved in and I’m finding out so many more little perks. A very exciting place to live :)

Cozy apartment with easy access to highway, awesome amenities, great location, and stunning pool. Ideal for comfort and convenience! Also getting a new bakery downstairs with attached private entrance

I’ve loved it here so far. It’s quiet, clean, and in a very walkable area. I always feel safe and the office team is always so kind and helpful.

I enjoy living here, the location is nice and a 10 minute drive from lots of places. The apartment is kept very clean and the residents are polite and courteous to eachother.

I just moved in and it’s been great! Sana was extremely helpful throughout the process, from application to move in. She is very professional and friendly with great communication skills. The maintenance team has been great as well!

Amazing place, very well located and with very nice amenities.The apartments are gorgeous and new. I'm absolutely estatic to have found this place!

We have had a wonderful experience during the touring and leasing process. Excited to move into our new home at Nora. Cannot wait to get snacks from the residents market and other amenities. Looking forward to the new coffee place downstairs too.

I lived here for a year and only didn't renew because I'm moving out of state. I would recommend this building to anyone I know :) the gym and pool are always immaculate, building is always super clean, and my personal favorite is how quite it is. Leasing and maintenance staff are great and very responsive. Maintenance requests were fulfilled same day or next day. Thanks NORA!

Our move-in experience was easy, using loading dock to elevator was a breeze. Onsite management staff was extremely helpful and supportive. Thanks!

I moved in yesterday and I already love it! It’s quiet, clean, higher-scale, and already feels like home. The large windows give plenty of natural light and the kitchen is beautifully built.

Move in has been a breeze. We are so excited to be here. So close to mills 50 area so tons of great food options and just far enough from downtown that it’s quiet.

My wife and I love living at Nora Apartments, its location, its amenities, there are many advantages to living here for us in general. Many thanks to all the staff for always being attentive and kind.

Jose fixed everything in my unit which needed to get fix. JOSE was swift, quick and efficient! He got the JOB DONE in less than half an hour. OMG!!!! This guy don't play, he just work, work, work. Thank you Jose for resolving the issues in my unit. JOB WELL DONE !

I've been living here for over 14 months and absolutely love it! The community is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—everything I enjoy doing is just a short drive away. It's been a great place to call home!

Excellent place to live, the Administration is organized, they always answer your requests, security, cleanliness and Sana is Excellent at her job, always attentive to everything.

Everything from location, resident amenities, safety standards, and staff is top notch. The building is near lots of restaurants and bars that are walking distance.

Overall, it's been a good experience so far. Just wish the dog park was maintained better. Everybody is responsive to any issues including maintenance issues

Such a great place to live and work. Coffee shop connected downstairs and all the upgraded amenities are an added bonus! Friendly staff and neighbors.

Nora is a great apartment complex with good amenities. Maintained request are easy to submit. My time here had been great and I really have no complaints.

We LOVE living here. They are constantly working to improve the communal spaces and the amenities are amazing. I highly reccomend this apartment!

Awesome peaceful beautiful place. I haven’t had any issues and have been here for almost two years now . The view of the pool is beautiful and the gym here is amazing. They always have fun activities going on for the residents, I highly recommend .

Location is great however, the apartment below me won’t stop smoking on the patio so I cannot keep my patio door open without it reeking in my apartment. Also the dog trash is always overflowing for more than a week. A bit unsafe to walk dogs with the cars flying by ignoring the speed bumps. No door on the shower and no water system in the refrigerator is a bummer. Close to some things but not much around without going blocks away from the building.

The location is great. The building is very clean and very quiet. If you are a dog lover then this place is for you. I really like how secure the building is but how convenient it is to use the Butterfly app to allow visitors to enter.

Love the pool , community events and my 3rd floor neighbors! Sana is always so nice and helpful. The maintenance is super nice too. The complex is super quiet and sturdy. The location is between the best neighborhoods of college park, mills, colonial l, winter park and lake Ivanhoe.

We’ve been at Nora over a year now. The apartments and amenities are excellent, and they have been continually improving things around the building as well which has made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend Nora if you’re looking for a place down town!

I am delighted with the cleanliness of the common areas in the building. The staff here is very friendly, and I feel happy in my new apartment.

Only 3 days in but so far, so good. Carlos, the assistant manager, is awesome! There property is absolutely beautiful and surprisingly quiet considering the location.

We loved everything, there are certain details in the apartment that need to be fixed, I already sent a request to the maintenance staff, I hope they answer me soon, but everything in general is excellent.

Very friendly staff. Great activities for the residents. Great pool house. Love the popcorn and coffee machine. The apts are centrally located within walking distance to great places to eat. I also enjoy walking around Lake Ivanhoe.

Love the place and the new furnitures, very clean and safe place to live in. Have never experienced any disturbance from any neighbors and the team are very responsive and helpful

We absolutely love living here! After being here for 5 years, we're still happy to call this place home. We love our unit, but most importantly the community and amazing staff. All of the staff, from the office team to the maintenance team, have been nothing short of amazing and always go above and beyond for the residents.

Decent move in process, move in delays due to third party verification system. Very inflexible with exigent circumstances. Other than that, very clean apartment complex, secure parking.

Staff is nice and helpful. Neighbors are friendly. INCREDIBLY quiet apartments. Modern design. Soothing courtyard and palm trees, with outdoor sitting areas and twinkly lights at night - oh, and some serious, well-maintained grills. Nice lounge when working from home, or having bunch of people over. Gym is solid and modern (although I still don't know how to work the digital mirror video personal trainer thing - but its super cool).

The experience of living at Nora Apartments is excellent. The people who manage and maintain the building are always very attentive to details and make living in this building very pleasant.

Living here has been so nice especially with being about a 15 minute walk from central downtown. The staff is super helpful and really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working smoothly

I love living at Nora! The location is ideally in the middle of all the Orlando foodie hotspots & up and coming business. The front desk leasing staff are so nice & awesome. I love the monthly apartment community get togethers & promos. My apartment is a peaceful blessing and my neighbors are so quiet and nice.

Experience living at the Nora has been great. Recently renovated gym and carpets in the main areas. Living just outside the Downtown Orlando madness has its perks!

I moved here a couple days ago and love it so much! Everyday feels like I wake up and I’m on vacation with the stunning courtyard view. It’s so peaceful!
