Kendall-Whittier’s revitalization efforts over the years is responsible for the boom in emerging new businesses. Whittier Square, Tulsa’s first-ever shopping center, now boasts over 100 unique vendors and retailers. This artistic neighborhood is nicknamed the “creative corridor” because of its location between Tulsa and the University of Tulsa.
The historic district sees a ton of daily foot traffic. Residents can easily walk to a coffee shop, neighborhood bar or restaurant, the public library, and Circle Cinema. Living in Kendall-Whittier, you’re close to Interstate 244 and the upscale shops and restaurants at Utica Square mall. The short drive to Tulsa International Airport is attractive to renters.

I moved here from Houston in February. This was huge for me. My son helped me to find a safe and great apartment in NOMA. I have not met many people, however, I feel like Aubrie and Heather have been friends of mine forever. I work from home so when I get out, I love to go visit them. I love this community and being in the center of everything that is going on downtown. I could not have found a better place to start my new journey.
This community is truly beautiful, safe, and perfectly suited to my lifestyle and preferences. The grounds are well-kept, the atmosphere is peaceful, and I feel completely at ease here. I couldn’t be happier calling this place home.

The absolute best place to live! Everyone is kind and the amenities are top notch. After I get home from work it feels like I’m at a resort- from lounging at the pool to the cold towels in the gym. I’ve never heard neighbor noise and the surrounding area and restaurants are fabulous. 11/10 recommend this place to any and everyone!

I had to move quickly and from Houston. My son and daughter in law helped find NOMA. I have never really lived alone so I had a few requests, mainly regarding closet space and safety. I worked with Heather and Aubrie and it all came together. I love Tulsa and I love my new space..

My experience at NOMA has been less than satisfactory. It is evident that the apartments were constructed hastily, prioritizing quantity over quality. The apartment itself seems to be of low-quality construction, with sloppy paint and missing closet doors. Although they did address the issue of a scratched-up tub, which I am grateful for, the overall workmanship appears subpar. The ongoing construction in the hallways has also led to a dusty and unclean environment even in the completed areas. During my visit to NOMA, I was drawn to the rooftop and pool as major attractions. However, residents currently do not have access to these amenities. I was also unaware that my balcony would overlook abandoned boarded-up houses. The pricing appears unfair for what is offered, and early residents dealing with construction and unfinished amenities should see a rent reduction until the complex is complete. However the gym is nice and so are the downstairs coworking spaces.
NOMA has been a great place to live. It is still a work in progress but has the right staff in place to really make this apartment community a home. I appreciate the community feel and quiet residential feel in a gentrified area of town. NOMA has a great location that is close to just about everything you could want or need whether it be restaurants, bars, breweries, or a grocery store.

Fell in love with NOMA first because of its convenient location, walking distance to the mother road, jones 918 coffee shop, the pump bar. The atmosphere is very modern and a great place to hang out and invite all your friends to! Staff has been very friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend NOMA to anyone!

Hello everyone, I'm from New York. I'm impressed with the quality of amenities provided in this apartment. The gym, coffee bar, rooftop, trash pick-up service, luxerone app for packages, and courtesy patrol are excellent. The office staff are very supportive as well. I would hight recommend this place to my friends !

NOMA is an incredibly beautiful and modern luxury apartment community. You can tell that so much thought and care and detail went into designing the individual units, as well as the shared spaces and amenities. The leasing staff, Aubrie and Maria, are very friendly and hospitable. They have both been exceedingly timely in their responses to my requests. Heather, the Community Director, has made me (and my cats) feel right at home. Shout out to Pete, in maintenance, as well. He has been very helpful in making sure my apartment was in tip-top shape for move-in. I would recommend NOMA to anyone looking to upgrade their lifestyle. Plus, you can't beat that downtown Tulsa view!
