You pay for what you get! NINE15 is luxury and very demure! This is probably the most relaxing place i’ve ever lived honestly! the management is great , they don’t bother you , they don’t nag , they do their job and help in any way shape or form. Again you pay for what you get!

Property is beautiful, new management is much more friendly and involved. But beware, there are dogs barking all hours of the day/night. I wake up at 6:30 AM, I can hear the dog above me barking consistently. I work from home, I can hear the dog down the hall barking. I go to bed around 11, the other dog down the hall is barking. The owners do not seem to care either. If you have a dog and dont mind, go for it. If dogs barking would bother you, I'd move elsewhere until management figures it out!

I’ve lived here for over 2 years and it has overall been a good experience! Rumor has it, you all own the vacant space next to the apartments, it would be nice if you could fill that with a nice restaurant or lounge. It was very convenient when there used to be a restaurant there. It just seems that everything in the area is shutting down…making a once very convenient location very inconvenient (which I know is not your fault)

Nine15 is a good property and centrally located for downtown living. Access the the Riverwalk is also a plus. The pool area and grills are well maintained and maintenance responds quickly to any issues. The staff are also professional and helpful. The gym here is also amazing.

I came to look round the block in February and I loved the apartments on offer. However, I have been trying to engage with the lettings office for the past 3-4 weeks for help in choosing an apartment so that we can move in around August. However, the communication has been really poor and having sent 4 emails, I have only had 1 in return and it hasn't given me the information I have requested. I have also called the number on the website 7-10 times and no one ever answers, it just goes straight to voicemail. I believe there has been a change of management recently and my concern is that this has really affected the quality of the service that I had read was meant to be incredibly good.

My move in at Nine 15 was super smooth and easy. The leasing department was very helpful and accommodating. All the floor plans were spacious and the apartment I moved into was very clean. The amenities are top notch. Plenty of equipment to use at the fitness center, pool is heated for year round use, and the pent house balcony is a perfect place to hang out with friends and enjoy watching the sunset. Another nice feature is the easy access to and from the highway. It makes it nice to be downtown but not have to fight all the traffic through downtown. The building has great security starting with a 24 hour concierge and special key access to get in the garage, doors, and elevators. The entire building is very classy.

Our maintenance guy literally cleaned out our AC unit closet like he was detailing a Rolls-Royce with a toothbrush. All I needed was a filter change and he cleaned out my entire air-conditioned area with precision. Ive never seen anything like it. With this type of care these units Will last 50 years or more. Lol. This maintenance team amazes me constantly with how amazing they are. Highly recommend 915

Our experience has been great since we moved in last month. Our dog Hazel has had a great experience here as well and thats very important to us. She loves people so much and everyone has been so kind to her.

The last five or so months have been the absolute worst for me. I had a lot of tragedy and wanted a fresh start. I was looking at places back in Tampa as I was ultimately going to sell my house in St Petersburg. I made an appt at Nine15 met with Trisha and she was absolutely amazing. So professional empathetic to my needs and made me feel so welcome. After my tour and chatting in the office with the other team members I immediately made up my mind this was going to be my new home and a new start for me and my girls (my two dogs). Through out the whole process Tisha helped me. She would talk me off the ledge on more than one occasion! Since moving in I have found to Nine 15 to be a great home. From the staff to the security guards to the residents. The amenities are fantastic, everything is so clean! I find myself happy to come home to Nine15 everyday.

I have not enjoyed my living experience since the beginning with my leasing consultant that is no longer here. My car was towed being parked on the 2nd floor because my entry sticker wasnt working. When brought to the attention of management, they finally put signs on the floor after $160 tow fee. Pets urine in the elevators. Concierge ( most ) are very rude along with rude managers.

Excellent location. Kitchen appliances are not the best in quality, but the rest of the unit makes up for it.

I have lived here 11 months and have loved every second of it. The amenities are incredible, from covered parking (a must in the Florida sun) to the huge pool deck, to the state of the art fitness center, everything is perfect. The management here truly cares about the residents and keeping you safe. They love having events for the tenants, and they're always sending out e-mails about what is going on in and outside the building. Again, I love living here and if you're going to choose a place to live in Tampa, make it Nine15. You won't regret it. I promise you.

Ive been living here for under a month and so far so good! I had a few maintenance concerns after move in that no one would have been able to prepare for but it was handled quickly and effeciently. The mainenance staff are professional and corteous Newell my leasing agent has been a gem this entire process!

For a top notch experience in downtown high rise living, I recommend 915 on N. Franklin. There are 24 floors with many floor plans, views, and multiple sized apartments to choose from. The gym here is huge, with brand new equipment and accommodates just about any sort of workout. The pool is large and lively, and both the surrounding outdoor area of the pool, and the Top floor Penthouse accommodate luxury lounging both indoors and out. Maintenance and management are quick to respond to requests .
