Stretched along the Mississippi River, Saint Louis is the second most populous city in Missouri. Regarded as the Gateway to the West, Saint Louis was the starting point of Lewis and Clark’s infamous expedition. Saint Louis’ most iconic landmark, the Gateway Arch, is a memorial celebrating the nation’s westward expansion.
In addition to its rich history, Saint Louis offers residents access to exceptional amenities and culture. An apartment in Saint Louis affords you the opportunity to climb sculptures composed of reclaimed building materials at the one-of-a-kind City Museum, or watch the Cardinals play ball at Busch Stadium.
Hit the town and catch a performance at the Fabulous Fox, or indulge in some retail therapy at the massive Saint Louis Outlet Mall. There’s incredible architecture to admire in the Washington Avenue Historic District, or you could experience the flora and fauna on display at the Saint Louis Zoo and Missouri Botanical Garden.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I know change doesn't come overnight and I do believe it's possible. I appreciate Ms. Shaw and Mr. Tracy for being part of and implementing the new wave that's coming in Nico Terrace. I have seen the changes and the transformation in the energy and effort that is being put into this neighborhood and Community to make things right and to bring about a wave of joy and peace to where people live and call home. The quality of the units are terrible, from mold & mildew, to bed bugs and flooding. Most units need electrical work, you should worry for your safety living in these apartments. And the management does nothing to fix issues or improve the quality of living here. They have new management, the girl is really young and she doesn’t know much about this line of work. The maintenance crew is really inexperienced, and living here is not worth your money, seriously. Anyone could do better than this.
Not a good place to raise your family, After giving my security deposit for a two bedroom loft the leasing manager told me she had no more apartments available she only had apartments on the lower level. Only four months in the apartment it flooded in the lower bedroom & walk-in closet. All my furniture & clothes damaged, Good I had renters insurance management did not care water set for days in my apartment a week later mould on my wall.. The manager forgot to tell me the complex has bugs, bedbugs, drug dealers, pit bulls, break-ins & maintenance do not do good repairs.. Managers are horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not put your family in jeopardy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I stay in nico terrace, second year I will not be renewing my lease. Maintenance is understaffed and the work barely gets done because they are so backed up with work orders. It took me two months to reach the maintenance line and when they came everything was half fixed. Office staff is very RUDE, especially the manager her attitude is really nasty and she’s not really concerned with the tenants. Do not stay here, I have had floods because of my dishwasher, bathroom and kitchen sick both stopped up, 3 sockets in my kitchen non working and the socket not working in the bathroom, believe someone tried to break in my apartment I have been complaining about the lock since December. Still not fixed ????
I love that Nico Terrace is affordable and very close to public transportation!!
I stay here and while the location isn't great. It is a great place for what you get. Would absolutely recommend this to someone.
