Many of the county's major employers such as St. Mary's Hospital, Covenant Hospital, Morley, and Nexteer are just a few minutes from the apartment building. Delta College, Saginaw Valley State University, Central Michigan University-Saginaw, and the Central Michigan University Medical School-Saginaw are all withing 15 minutes of the apartment building. We are located just minutes from I-675 and I-75 which allows for easy travel to and from the apartment building to anywhere in the Great Lakes Bay region.
