I've had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment complex. The services are really bad—there's no cleaning in the halls, and there's been a pair of socks outside our apartment for a year. Service requests take a long time to be addressed, and even on working days, they are often not completed. The staff is unsupportive, and they keep giving us the runaround for services, often citing staff shortages as an excuse. Despite being a non-smoking community, people keep smoking weed, making it impossible to open the windows without the smell coming in. Management does nothing about it, which is incredibly frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-maintained and supportive living environment.

The apartment units are decent, but the air conditioners frequently fill up with water and become rusty. There were frequent car break-ins (several a month) before I left. They will squeeze every penny out of you when you try to leave and their online payment services do not work. I would not recommend!

Nexus at Orenco Station is easy to access all your local needs from grocery store, book store and even a nice tap house. Transportation is just a few blocks away to go into the city of roses. The sink in our kitchen apartment is not level and water often spills off the edge because of the tilted angle. The apartment is on the corner of the first floor by the stairs, so it is very loud. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations from the upstairs neighbors. The office staff and maintenance staff are great. The location is great.

It's a great deal for the area, it's quiet but easy to walk to busier areas, neighbors are friendly, it's clean, close to transit, safe, rarely need maintenance, good amenities, and many many other reasons.

the community offers a very private feel but is close to shops accordingly. this was the top choice for us and we are still very pleased with the outcome. The online view did not over promise and then under promise in person.

This was a nice community and it served our needs while we were there, however having 4 small children in a 3 bedroom apartment wasn't the easiest. We had several noise complaints from people. I didn't feel that they were understanding.

It is a huge rental community and the amenities are decent. The pool, playground and fitness area for such a large development are rather lacking. The rental agent was a good salesmen.

The location, community, and quality of the apartments is worth recommending. In the time we've lived here all we've had to do is pay rent and enjoy ourselves. Considerably fewer day to day inconveniences than other places. Ample parking and respectful residents go a long way towards that.

I love living here because of the location and the quality of my apartment. I also love the fitness center and the pool/spa. It is a little over priced and there are some things about the way it is managed that bother me and might prevent me from recommending it.

My experience of moving out and moving in same apartment complex puts tells me that, moving out won't be a good experience. Moving in is really good. Michell from leasing office really great and helpful. Same goes for the service team. But, cleaning was not done properly before moving in. Though it was taken care quickly but put us in limbo where we questioned our decision to move within the community.

I really don?t usually give all 10?s to places when I am filling these out, but I have not been disappointed by a single thing since moving into this apartment. The amenities are great, the apartment is great, and the office staff is really really great! We enjoy living here a lot!!

For a young person in good health the absence of elevators likely is not much of an issue. For older people, an elevator becomes quite essential.

I’m so happy to be moving away from this terrible place soon! I’m at my wits end with them. Management changed last year and since then we have been treated terribly. Fire alarms have gone off in the middle of the night (I understand this can happen anywhere but it’s literally never addressed in any way). They have attempted to tow my car *without any warning or discussion* when I have parked in accordance with all of the rules outlined in my lease. Today they shut off my water with a 10 minute warning that I did not receive. I called the leasing office to speak to someone to try and figure out what’s happening and the woman I spoke with was rude and condescending and didn’t consider my water being shut off without warning to be an issue. They have a habit of showing a high amount of disrespect. They don’t consider pets, work schedules, or any other factors when conducting *extremely frequent* “maintenance” that requires you to be home unless you’re comfortable with people entering your home without you there. They are inflexible and rude every time I have attempted to find a solution with them. Since we’ve moved in, our rent has increased hundreds of dollars. They put on a good show and make themselves very appealing to new residents. Once you sign your lease you will be treated with disrespect. I’m so happy to finally be getting out. This used to be a good place to live and I regret that changes in management have escalated to a point where I can’t deal with living in this mess anymore.
