Property Ratings at Newporter Apartments
I remember back in 2021-2022 i was staying with a friend in these apartments and honestly they weren't that bad., The inside of the apartment unit was in great condition. The neighbors weren't loud or rowdy. The surrounding environment and the landscaping was well kept and in good condition they had a clean pool that was well kept. I don't know much about the staff or the management but I can say this is a building that I am currently looking to move into and I would recommend it
We have been waiting to move since April and talking to the staff since then. They told us they were going to set us up in an apt with washer and dryer in unit (used those words) and we found out the day we moved in that it only had the hook ups. We asked the manager if the units alliances were gas or electric abs he said electric, so we found a washer and dryer within our price range only to find that we can’t use it because the dryer can’t be electric, it actually has to be gas. Very unhelpful staff when it came to communication. Apartment was dirty upon move in, but we complained so they had someone come and clean it out. Basically the staff doesn’t care if you stay or not because they know they apts will rent either way due to competitive price.
Terrible management. Can never get ahold of anyone with issues or say they’ll take care of it and it’ll be weeks later. After six months my family I packed our stuff and left. Would never recommend to anyone.
This is no place to live the rules here are just so out landish it's crazy kids are to stay locked up inside all day unless babysat by a parent under the age 18 same with the pool parents to be with there kids at all times even you 15 16 17 year old teenagers have to be baby say no gym they charge you $25-30 for the key and the equipment doesn't even work and if you do take your kids out to play they cant bring out any balls bikes skates skateboards or scooters there maintenance team are not professanal maintance team there guys who rinky dink things back together for a temporary fix on everything here there dryers dont work right hafe the times and they dont reimburse you they tell you you have to call the web company that manages the machines unless you like living like a caged animal and being told you have no right to any thing or freedom then this is the place for you if not to come here
I luv it here the staff is amazing and the apartment are so spacious and roomy. I have refused lots of friends here
I am looking to move, because my kids cannot ride their motorized bike and car in the complex. Other than that small problem, the staff that they just hired is friendly and just trying to follow the rules. My lease is up and dont plan to renew it.
