Property Ratings at Newport Woods Apartments
Worst place to live in, no maintenance on standby no office people worst decision ever
I’ve lived here for about 6 months and I can’t count how many times the police have been called over here. The front doors are always propped open or even taken off the hinge. So don’t move in if you have the need to feel safe in your own apartment. Who knows who’s letting themselves into the building. Pros: ample parking Trash pick up Central air Access to highway Cons: Drug addicts Mold Rodents Old windows with no seal Cost ? apartment
The apartment you end up getting is not at all like the display they show you. Everything is outdated. Cabinets are falling apart. Walls have ten coats of cracking paint on them. New management took over after three months of living , lowered the rent and resfuses to adjust ($130 difference). Not worth the price tag of $720 a month.
Newport woods is a surround by woods. Very nice and quiet. Apartments are updated and clean. Neighbors are very friendly. Would recommend to small familys.
This property has a lot of potential and was hoping the new owners would make changes. It is quiet and the people are nice, and the trees are a great find. But some of the people are bad, as the building are non smoking but often times when walking in the building you can smell pot.
