Property Ratings at Newport Terrace Apartments
The location IS super convenient. That's the only thing nice I can say about it. Every building has roaches, mice, or both. The laundry room is disgusting. Mailboxes are broken. Management company will charge you for services without warning. Regular plumbing issues. Dumpsters are frequently overflowing because there aren't enough to hold everyone's garbage. Every year the quality gets worse and the rent gets higher.

This place is an absolute slum full of obnoxious people. Don’t live here unless you hate yourself.
Its a nice area but they started letting just anyone move in. Kids running around all day in hallways. Lots of noise at night. Trash everywhere. Heat is horrible in winter. Rent is high. Move here if its last choice
