Could not be happier! Great place to live!

I have totally enjoyed living in this apartment complex. It is only a 75 unit development and so It makes it a more intimate atmosphere. Most of the tenants are very friendly. Yes there are those two or three who insist on being unhappy no matter what. But otherwise, this community is really well kept, clean, secured entry, laundry rooms on each floor as well as a trash room on each floor. Theresa, our Property Manager is the best!! She is loved by us all because she really cares about the folks who live here. She's helpful where she can be and has a great sense of humor. Jesus, our Maintenance Supervisor, keeps the grounds and the entire building in tip top shape. This complex is only a year old, and Jesus has kept it looking like new. I was the first tenant to move in, so I speak from experience. Theresa and Jesus have been a pleasure! Thank you for all you do! Just a reminder, these are Apartments that happen to be geared for seniors. It is not Assisted Living.
