The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at New Yorker
The new manager sucks. I know that’s a common thing for people to say nowadays but he really seems to hate his job and avoids you at all costs. I’ve heard from numerous tenants including myself that he does not want to fix anything and even if you miraculously got him to do something, he’d do the bare minimum. Yet they up your rent yearly. Parking is a nightmare outside. There’s a guy that lives in the back with 8 cars literally who takes the entire block. Random tenants smoke weed in the parking lots as they gather to talk. There’s supposedly a no pet rule but I’ve seen dogs, cats and birds. Love animals so that one doesn’t bug me as much. Apartments come with the landlord special where things are broken and painted over. For the amount of money, I’d find something better. It’s a loud street especially with the school
Very nice manger quite building very clean Apartment are up to date clean Hate parking close to schools
