New Park Towers

Please beware you can only use the gym if you can call it that from 9 AM to 5 PM you can only use the pool from 9 AM to 5 PM. The staff in the office are not very nice especially the manager. Lived here for almost 2 years didn’t damage anything in the apartment yet he is trying to charge me almost $3000 to renovate the apartment at my expense.

A friend came to visit and parked in visitor parking and was still towed even though they were in a visitor parking spot. Unbelievable. When we contacted MGMT they said they would look into it but we would have to pay for the towing anyway. Unbelievable. Forget about getting repairs done on the old fixtures they provide when u move in. Save yourself money and headache don't rent at new park towers.

If you are looking for a spacious apartment with a cheap looking interior then this is the place for you. Other than that I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Management is rude and when you come to them with a problem they take forever to fix it. They act as if they are doing you a favor when you pay your rent on time every month. PARKING IS ATROCIOUS. If you have visitors you are better off going to their homes because there is a great possibility that their car will get towed. It's like management and the towing company are in some agreement to tow people's cars in the early hours of the morning. Not to mention they have these stupid parking rules where resident are only allowed to park in their assigned spots or office spaces that are tow away zones certain hours. They have 10 visitor spots so if you wanted to save one for a guest that would be at your own risk because the whole building is a tow away zone. Unless this is your last resort like it was mine, I advise for you to look elsewhere.

Where do I start. For one this complex is extremely dirty. There is trash everywhere. Maintenance spends the majority of their efforts painting yellow lines in the street instead of fixing what really needs to be fixed. There are hundreds of apartments and like 10 spots designated for visitors for the entire complex. The complex is known for having their residents cars towed illegally even with propped registration. The management team do not keep good records so you better make sure you Keep copies of your lease and rent receipt or in error you will find an embarissing eviction sign on your door. The interior of the apartment is cheaply put together. In less than a year you will find your pait chipping apart and things just starting to break. The community washer and dryer are old and dirty and never work. Think twice before spending your money on paying to live here.
