New Page West Apartments

I don’t know where these other reviewers lived but I wouldn’t recommended living here to anyone. I lived here for 2 years. The leasing staff is rude and won’t answer the phone, appliances take weeks to be fixed, the neighborhood is loud and people smoke indoors with no repercussion. My a/c was broken for a week with 90+ degree heat before they even called a specialist to come out and fix it. The buildings are literally falling apart and cracking and there is no security whatsoever. The outdoor entrance doors are broken so anyone can come in. There aren’t even cameras on some floors. Not a great place and $$$ for what it is

I’ve lived here for three years now and it’s my favorite apartment. The location is perfect being so close to downtown OKC and Bricktown but you don’t get the traffic and noise of the city. The residents are quiet and very nice too. The property is clean and well maintained. The buildings are still new so they hold up in the inclement weather nicely. All around a great place to live!

I lived at these apartments for 2 years and it was a great place to live. Never had any issues with anything and staff is friendly and timely. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to live in the OKC area!!

Mae is excellent and set me up with a great apartment. She's easy to communicate with and has been nothing but professional and responsive to all of my questions throughout the application process. The apartments are wonderful and make great use of the square footage. A location that's so close to HSC truly cannot be beaten.

I moved here mid-April and my experience has been nothing but positive. The 1BR/1BA layout is great because it makes excellent use of the square footage. I feel like I'm in a fancy hotel suite + tons and tons of cabinet space + washer and dryer. What else do you need? It doesn't hurt that the property is new and I have a feeling they'll keep it up really nice. Judy and Mae are the best! They have always been super helpful and friendly...always there if you have any questions or concerns (in person and via email). The neighborhood seems quiet and it's really great for walks. The gym is a little small but it really has all that you need. And it's super clean. I am looking forward to my residence here and I definitely recommend!

I have been too other apartments and leasing personnel was not easy to talk to or was not available (don't answer the phone). Ms. Mae made me feel really comfortable and was very interested in what type of apartment I was looking for. What I really like was the application process was very easy and the office responded in a timely manner. Just want to say thanks Ms. Mae continue doing a good Job!!

My husband and I recently moved in and only have good things to say about the apartment and the staff. Mae helped make sure the moving process was easy and smooth for us. She answered all our questions and continues to be readily available for any other questions/concerns. The location of the apartments are great, there’s lots of parking, and the apartment itself is pretty much brand new.

The place looks very clean and convenient,. For me as a doctor, I can feel comfort even before staying there. Lovely respectable leasing team who are very professional and fast in processing my application. i am sure after sometime i will make another review about how good they are.

We recently toured New Page West and the leasing consultant we worked with was fantastic. Mae gave us plenty of information, wasn't pushy just informative, and very willing to work with us and our unique situation.

Toured this complex earlier this week and the leasing staff were amazing. They truly care, and go to great lengths to help. Loved interacting with them, and I can't wait to move in.

This property is awesome! I had my first tour last week and everything is top of line and brand new. Very modern color scheme, nice appliances, w/d included. All apartments have great natural light and close parking! Excited about the amenities too - gym, studio, secure mail and package pick up, car cleaning station, propane grills, outdoor community spaces, close to OU med for safe and convenient outdoor exercise, play ground, dog park, and coffee shop!
