As opposed to paying prorated rent, you’ll be forced to pay rent AFTER you vacate per your military orders and NOT be reimbursed. Despite leaving the home in immaculate move out shape, you can count on not getting your deposit back either. Add on the stress and expense of seeking legal action just get what’s rightfully owed to you in the midst of uprooting your family to another state…Save your money and dignity!
