The area’s vibrant outdoor atmosphere is broken up in spots by conveniently located shopping centers, big-box stores, and a few restaurants along the main thoroughfares. Bur-Mil Park provides 250 acres of pristine land set between the lakes to the north, and there are plenty of bike trails along the shores as well. Commuting to the city takes just a few minutes thanks to the interstates that serve the area.

Property Ratings at New Garden Square
Not only is the apartment complex in an excellent location, but I love the people who work at New Garden Square Apartments. I have had wonderful experiences with ALL employees during my time living here. The current employees, Teri and Robert have been helpful and SO kind to me. Over time I have come to know Teri very well and she has such a kind and loving soul. I love going into the Clubhouse just to say hello to Teri and grab a cup of coffee! It is really a lovely environment and I can tell they make an effort every day to ensure a welcoming environment no matter the day. Teri also makes sure to have the fireplace on often. It seems to be on almost every time I go in to say hello (which I love). Teri specifically is extremely helpful in a variety of areas. There are always refreshments ready for residents and dog treats for my doggy (this apartment is extremely dog friendly). In addition to being kind to me, Teri is also accommodating to my husband and I whenever we have a question or concern and makes herself available to us when we need her. Thank you Teri and Robert! We appreciate you :)
I recently moved to North Carolina to start graduate school. The community is small, quiet, and well kept. The staff is very friendly and timely in responding to requests. My favorite features of my apartment is the large bathroom, walk in closet, and the extra storage. It's in a great location within walking distance to Target, Lowes grocery, and dollar tree. I absolutely love New Garden Square and I'd recommend it to anyone.
This was easily the best renting experience I have ever had. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The clubhouse and gym areas are very well maintained and very welcoming. The apartment I rented was very spacious and had everything I could ever need. From the granite countertops to the very large bedrooms, it would be hard to find a much better place to live in the area.
This is a great community! The location is awesome, the staff is friendly, and the property is always well kept. I would highly recommend this community to anyone!
