New Country Village Apartments

I've lived here for 4 years and just recently moved out and I have nothing but positive things to say! The couple of times I had an issue with my apartment the management office was so helpful and had maintenance over immediately. The grounds were always maintained beautifully, and parking lot cleared of snow early in the morning. It's in a great location and had quick access to everything. If it wasn't for buying a townhouse I would still be renting from here! Great place to live and I would recommend this property to future renters!

This place is great. The staff is amazing and kind anytime I have a question they always respond quickly.

my neighbors are constantly smoking weed on their balcony and the smells comes right into my apartment. I have contacted management multiple times since the lease states you can’t smoke if it bothers other tenants, and I keep getting told they’ll “contact the tenants” but nothing gets done. My emails get ignored and I continue to have to smell weed in my apartment.

i love that the maintenance men can come and cut down a majority of the trees and bushes (most of which offered extra privacy) but cannot fix the washers and dryers that have been broken for months:)) i love what their priorities are!!

the apartment itself is fine, however the laundry facilities are always broken. washers and dryers are always broken for days or weeks at a time, and you have to use laundry tokens which you can only get in the building, but the machines are often out of order and not fixed for days at a time. the office staff does not respond in a timely manner, and they also don’t enforce the no pets rule.

Do no recommend applying with this company. They do no respond back to applicants with good credit and higher income.

These apartments lure you in with the nice look from the outside. I've been living here for 6 years. I received a note on my door last week saying my lease cannot and will not be renewed and when I asked why, they told me it was a business decision. Noone would give me a reason why, they just deflected and said the same line over and over. I have no complaints against me I'm never late with rent and I keep to myself. Also they never respond to customer or resident complaints. Worst place to rent from. I will never rent from any alberichi property again.

been here for a few years. the worst thing about it is that for the amount of rent you pay, the washers and dryers are constantly broken. or you have lazy tenants that won't time their wash/dry and leave it sitting for days. the walls are thick so noise from neighbors isn't bad, generally quite. however, management loves to stick warning notices on your door threatening eviction for things like having a welcome mat, and now they are trying to ban Christmas lights. Trust me that won't stop anyone. It wouldn't surprise me if the next thing they try to ban would be no flowers allowed on the balconies! Also, if something needs replacing or repairing it better be completely dead other wise maintenance won't bother fixing it.

The rent is high and response to tenant concerns is low. We left our apartment in pristine condition, not only did they keep the security deposit they also sent me a bill for $37.00. The office staff are the worst. Rude and demeaning gatekeepers, that play pass the buck so no one has to take responsibility.
