I enjoy living here. My apartment is a nice for size for the type. You are limited on how to style it. Large Wall in closet in master and other storage through out. Leasing Agent was nice and the property manager is always attentive. Maintenance staff response asap. This is a great place for busy people. Everything is automated. No worries

Wouldn’t credit a $100 hold fee. They lied over the phone - said it was refundable then said I didn’t have anything in writing stating that. Very unprofessional. Save your time and look elsewhere.

This place is really up and coming. Close to everything including highways. Yet you still feel like you are in the country. Best school districts. Quite community. The new management staff are doing great things. Very respectful and responsive. The property manager even said " I am here to work for you, this is your home" she really gets it. I know I am a renter but to hear that it's my home. What a great feeling. She always has her door open and never makes anyone feel like they are not wanted. I am very glad for the change and I love my community..Keep up the good work!
Aside from the pool, grilling station and new playground, their units are BIG! With walk in closets for the 2 bedroom/1 bath units! The price is right and the community is superb!
Came in to apply and was told (after talking to the same person 3 times in the same day where they just happened to "forget" to mention it) that it's required that I make 3 times the rent before they'll even take my application!
