Pasco is a vibrant community nestled at the confluence of the Snake and Columbia Rivers near the Oregon state line. Along with neighboring Kennewick and Richland across the river, Pasco forms one corner of Washington’s Tri-Cities, a rapidly-growing region and one of the state’s biggest metropolitan areas. My experience here at Navigator Villas is great I like the community here nice people and nice calm area to live in I highly recommend living here.
I feel safe in this community, I also love the trail near the apartments for my running/ walking, maintenance is really responsive, and I love having 24 access to the gym. My only notes for room for improvement would to have a bigger gym and pool.
An excellent location to live quietly and with good administrative communication highly recommended for families

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and I can honestly say it’s been a really great experience. For whoever is looking to rent here. Management is profesional and keeps you in the loop. The maintenance team is also very professional and quick. The community is very calm I feel secure, it’s very family oriented. Also, we are so close to all the stores and it’s very affordable to live here. I noticed navigator villas is very competitive with their prices on rent always striving to charge the lowest in comparison to other apartments. The property is also very pretty it doesn’t look ghetto. I always get allot of compliments on how pretty the apartment is and the culture here everyone is really nice.

I have had a very positive experience between the relationship with my landlords here at Navigator Villas. They are respectful and responsive. The community is tidy and clean and they do a good job keeping it that way. They are vigilant about current crimes that come and go about the city and the area. When I first moved here, I appreciated the effort, care, and communication exhibited. Now not so much, simple maintenance tickets taking over a week to complete and then they don’t even get done with any communication on future steps. The facilities lacking or looking dirty and big infested. This place could get back to greatness through some care, humility, and continued education. It’s grown to be too big business. I’m looking forward to my lease expiring this time around, mind you this is after 3 rent hikes each year I’ve stayed. Stupid me in that regard. Take this for what you will but I’d encourage looking elsewhere till this place figures out how to do quality business.
The property is clean and the staff are very professional. The buildings are very nice. Most of the community is quiet. However, you WILL hear your neighbors, and if they like to play loud music you will be unable to sleep in the master bedroom in a duplex due to it's proximity over your neighbors' living room.

Great ..it's always a pleasure to see and talk to the great staff that work here. They do a lot for the community here. I'm thankful for all they do. I lived here for close to over 5 years now. And I just can't see me going anywhere else. Having been through a few personal issue in my life. So far we are having a great experience, the property is clean and safe. And everyone is friendly and helpful in the office staff!
I have been with Navigator Villas for almost 2 years now and I love it. The community is great and diverse. Everyone is very kind and minds their own business. The apartments are beautiful and clean. We are in a nice modern area of Pasco, close to a lot of major stores. The office team is very responsive and they take the time to remember your face my your name. Every time I walk in the office it’s a personable experience and I like it.

One of the best options in the Tri-cities for townhouse living with quick access to all the conveniences one might want, from shopping to food. Quiet and comfortable for middle and upper-middle class living, with great floor plans.

Staff and ground / maintenance are excellent but interior walls not being insulated or under insulated makes the experience at times less than optimal.

I really enjoy living here. The townhomes are well appointed with everything we need and rent is reasonable. Management and maintenance is very responsive when issues arise. I wish they had 3 bedrooms though. We've looked around for 3 bedrooms but what we have found has no personal space either one on top the other or townhouses crammed so close. It's also convenient location to many stores and restaurants and medical facilities. My kids are excited for the pool to open up again in a couple months.

The location is wonderful for me -- 1.7 miles from a great elementary school. The office staff is always friendly, pleasant and very helpful. I appreciate the quick response to my maintainence issues.... which are few.

Have lived here about a year and my family and I really enjoy it. It’s quiet for the most part and maintenance is very quick when you call.
Close to shopping stores and dining for the family. The management team is very professional and the location is very appealing.
