Property Ratings at Natural Falls Resort Apartments
I had a water issue in my bathrooms—no flow at all. Roberto, the manager, acted fast and sent Isaac within days. Isaac removed and replaced the entire bathtub setup. Everything works perfectly now. I'm impressed with how quickly and professionally Roberto handled the situation. Great management and responsive maintenance team!
I recently had work done on my bathroom and I cannot say enough good things about how the process was handled. Anyone who has had a bathroom renovated knows what a headache it can be. I appreciate Cathy in the office for taking my concerns seriously and Robert with maintenance for being transparent about what to expect, as well as taking my schedule into account when planning the date for the start of the renovation. It has now been a week since the work has been finished and I am in awe everytime I go in there - it is absolutely beautiful! Isaac and Rigo worked tirelessly for two and a half days to ensure that I was satisfied with the final result and that I am! Not only did they replace the fixtures in the bathroom, but the tile was removed and replaced, creating a safer environment for my toddler to bathe in. They arrived on time everyday and comminucated with me every step of the way; they even did their best to not leave any mess behind each day. I truly could not have asked for a better team, nor a smoother process. Thank you again to all those involved!
I recently had an issue with a leaking bathroom faucet . After contacting the maintenance line, I was pleasantly surprised when Robert, the maintenance manager, responded the very same day. Not only was my sink leak fixed within 24 hours, but the team also identified issues with my bathtub and toilet that I didn’t even noticed. Instead of letting those problems linger because I didn’t say anything about them, they proactively replaced both within just a few days. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the fact that they took the initiative to resolve these issues without me having to ask. Isaac, the crew manager, was incredibly professional and patient while working around my schedule at home. The repairs have completely transformed the look of my bathroom! I have been renting here for four years, and I can confidently say that Robert and Isaac consistently provide exceptional service. Their professionalism, promptness, and quality of repairs have always impressed me. I am extremely satisfied with the maintenance team and the excellent service they provided!
The maintenance here is great. Whenever you need something done they go above and beyond. We were worried about the parking lot being so dark and they put lights up that lights the whole area.Also the office people are very helpful with getting things taken care of right away. Thanks,The Blattners
