The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Napa Green Apartments
Disappointing Experience with Napa Green Apartments My partner and I applied for a rental at Napa Green Apartments in August 2024. We were informed that our application was denied due to "insufficient income and limited credit experience." While we understood their decision, we were promised a $400 refundable deposit would be returned, as we did not proceed with the rental. However, despite several follow-ups, we have not received our refund, and it has now been over three months. Initially, we were told the refund would take 21 days, but after multiple calls and emails, we were given different excuses, including a "72-hour cancellation policy" that was never disclosed to us when we applied. They have not only failed to refund the deposit but have also provided misleading information at every stage. The lack of transparency and communication has been incredibly frustrating. We are still waiting for our money, and it seems like Napa Green Apartments has no intention of fulfilling their obligations. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable.

Me and my girlfriend decided to live here but now we regret it !! Managers are nice at first but now they’re just so mean! We own 3 vehicles and only have one parking space designed the other 2 need to be park blocks away which sucks, they said they’ll pay the water but at the end of your lease they make you pay more than 200 for water. Etc..
Cockroaches galore, noisy floors, thin walls, manager not helpful. Dogs not allowed, supposedly, but there was a pitbull upstairs that "click-clicked" across the floor all night.
I am new to the area, I moved from Florida about 6 months ago, while looking for nice apartment close to downtown Napa, I settled on Park Sienna, I have to say at first glance, it looked really nice, I was very happy with getting a brand new apartment, but the customer service I received from the office from the manager at the time; Angela, made me re-consider my choice. However, with the new Manager Adam, he is a breath of fresh air. I love Adam, he is very personable, calm demeanor and professional. Now there is a really awesome team, Danny, the maintenance supvr. is work horse, he never stops, he's always working in apartment, and sometimes I see him up on the roof. He just gets things done! Terry, who I believe is the Regional or General Manager that works in the office with Adam, is very friendly, professional and always has time to talk and open with any issues I have and she make sure things are done and always get's back to me when she says she will. Now, I know I've made the perfect choice. I love my apartment! Thank you, Diana C.
the manager is a very rude person does not know how to talk to people .. should work with animals
New name same Old apartments, Old wood, Coackroaches, walls are too thin you can here your neighbor's conversation and other noises I'd prefer to leave to your imagination . Upstair neighbors make noise just by walking, the floor is old. Downstairs neighbors get mad at you because your floor makes a ton of noise when you get up to use the bathroom or what ever. Children can't play out side because manager gets mad. Manager is nice at first, once she has you on a contract or a month to month lease you will experience her true self. She escalates her voice always, she rolls her eyes and is very rude. The Manager charges $50 for everything. If your patio is dirty, if she finds a wraper by your unit (yours or not yours), if you want to use any of the Amenities that were sopose to be included when all of us moved in you must pay $50 each. There is no light in the far back parking lot. I got my tags stollen there. Much more! You could knock on anybodys door at "park sienna" and ask them what they think of the place and the Manager. I'm sure they would all agree with me and maybe they would add some more input. Good luck on your hunt. Be wise and smart and learn from our mistake.
