Property Ratings at Myrtle Apartments

Spacious but not worth the headache
It's a 8-unit, 2-story building. Great location, affordable and spacious 2-bedroom apartments BUT... We share 1 washer and 1 dryer with the 7-unit building next door. The building has serious plumbing problems - leaking toilets, sewage backup in tub and shower, water leaking from 1st floor ceiling due to faulty shower in upstairs unit. Don't drink the water - calcium deposits in the pipes make the water come out cloudy. Property management cuts corners with repairs by only fixing the problem instead of the cause. I've stayed this long because of the space and cost but can't take it anymore.
