I'm very disappointed, I requested repairs after the Hurricane Ian in my apartment and here I'm 12/29/2022 with no light in my kitchen and with water damage in my ceiling... To be honest it make me angry! I never requested any services until the hurricane Ian happened... I want to ask where is the manager of this place? and why my apartment still in darkness and with the ceiling damage... I got tired of hearing that it's not an emergency... It becomes an emergency when you have been without light for months!!!

The grounds are filthy. It’s noisy. Management doesn’t respond. The property has completely gone down hill. There is trash everywhere. Animal waste everywhere. No longer any security on-site. Halls are dirty, littered with urine, trash and cockroaches.

I have been a resident at Murano at Three Oaks Apartments for the last five months. I have experienced none of the negative aspects I find posted regarding this apartment complex. In fact, quite the opposite. The property manager, Brooke, goes out of her way to build a sense of community and resident satisfaction. She is surrounded by competent and approachable people like Camella, Trish, and Ty, who have been anxious to serve. I have not experienced excessive noise or any maintenance issue that wasn't immediately addressed. Yesterday, at the pool, I spoke with several residents discussing how much we enjoy our apartments. Do yourself a favor, ignore the negative hype and fake posts, and communicate directly with people who live here. Once you do, I think you will find an exceptional management team and apartment complex second to none in the Ft. Myers area.
Management unhelpful. Grounds dirty. Full of loud disrespectful college kids. Never any parking.
I’ve been in hotels less noisier than this. Walls are crazy thin. Maintenance does not respond to urgent emergencies.
