The largest city in North Dakota, Fargo rests on the North Dakota-Minnesota border and the western banks of the Red River. However, Fargo residents affectionately refer to their location as “North of Normal.”
You might find that Fargo is a bit different when you stop by the Fargo-Moorhead Visitor Center and see the woodchipper from the movie Fargo. Maybe it’ll be when you start spotting members of the colorful herd of bison painted by various artists scattered all around town, and rightfully decide to go on a scavenger hunt to find them all. Perhaps you’ll find it unique that Wurst Bier Hall serves a rattlesnake rabbit bratwurst and indulge your curiosity. You’ll notice that North of Normal is a pretty interesting place to be.
There’s no shortage of things to do in Fargo. Plains Art Museum and Rourke Art Gallery and Museum offer residents and visitors endless opportunities to admire art with all kinds of rotating exhibits.

Property Ratings at Multi-Family Apartment Living All-inclusive
Management does NOT communicate, or seem to care about more than a check. Packages are being stolen and there is very little communication about ANYTHING being done about. Very hard to get in/out because snow removal around doors takes minimum 3+ days to be done. Would NOT recommend.
Property Manager at Multi-Family Apartment Living All-inclusive, Responded To This Review
Management is aware that packages are being stolen at all properties. In our efforts to minimize stolen packages, we have included additional security cameras throughout the property. Management has also approved our 3rd party door vendor to add additional door hardware to make it difficult for unwanted guests to enter the premises. We do ask for the support of our residents, please pick up your packages before the end of date delivery. Please do not prop the door open and do not let people through the secured doors without a key fob. As a community, we could stop crime by working together. To keep our building clear of snow, we've changed snow removal vendors. With the weather cooperating we do not have much of an update on snow removal.
Management is arrogant and disrespectful. I have been off the lease for over 2 years and constantly kept getting emails from them regarding services and payments, even after pointing out that I no longer lived there. I had to block them. They also charged us a ridiculous amount for cleaning when we moved out when we cleaned the place spotless. They have zero tolerance for any level of noise, even just conversations with a friend or 2. They will charge you with all kinds of fees.
Considering renting with Roers? Let me tell you a story that will change your mind. Recently, I took a step out onto my fifth floor balcony at around 6:30 on a Friday evening. Since it was quite chilly outside, I closed the door to my apartment. However, when I tried to re-enter my home moments later, I realized the door was locked. Peculiar, because The door can only lock from the inside, and no one was inside. Furthermore, the door could be opened by a lock from the outside, but Roers had not bothered to give me a copy of this key. It was extremely windy and cold, and I was barefoot and wearing a short sleeve shirt. Shivering, I called the Roers emergency number. The lady who answered spent several minutes taking down all sorts of information, only to coldly inform me that there is nothing Roers can do it help. I begged her to please refer me to someone, anyone, who could let me back in, but she rudely kept speaking over me, saying all she could do was give me the number of a locksmith (who was closed for the day and did not reopen until the following Monday morning). I reminded her that my lease states that Roers provides 24 hour emergency help, and that my lease also provides lockout assistance. She continued to say that she could not help me. I reminded the lady that if she, as the emergency contact with Roers, could not help me, I would be stuck on my balcony in the freezing North Dakota weather with no food or water for nearly three days. Somehow, the severity of my situation was lost on her, and she hung up on me, telling me to “have a good weekend.” How would I? I was stuck on my balcony! Anyways, I called every. Single. Locksmith. In the Fargo-Moorhead-west Fargo area. Not one company was able to help me out. Even the “24 hour services” did not have anyone working on a Friday evening. The sun began to go down, and I was cold, hungry, and so frustrated with Roers’ utter indifference to my plight. I made 21 calls to various locksmith companies before I got ahold of anyone who could help me. Finally, Ed’s Towing from Moorhead sent over an employee, who was able to help me out. Without them, I’d still be on the balcony. Roers does not care about you. They do not care if you get stuck on your balcony for three days. They will not do anything to help you, even though lockout assistance is guaranteed in the lease everyone at TLofts signs. If you rent from Roers, expect a similar experience to happen to you.
Tlofts will make you feel like royalty when you sign a lease with them. You will get cute snacks and free lunches, but when you don't sign again with them you'll find they aren't as friendly. I had a friend warn me but I didn't listen and am now going through this process. I've heard not to expect any of your deposit back, so plan for that. They might make you check out before the end of your lease so plan to move into your new place the month you lease ends. On top of that this building is near NDSU's campus so lobbies will be trashed by Sunday every weekend and the halls/stairwells/and your apartment will REAK of weed at most times. We had people as us if we smoked because the smell was so intense on us even though we never have and were never around anyone that was.
The location is great and its so nice to have all utilities included in the rent price! The staff were always helpful to answer any questions.
