Industrial Feel!

Beautiful old building. I love there is an elevator and only 40 units so it's also easy to catch. Quiet building. Mostly couples or single people. Can walk to all downtown functions and out to eat. Property manager is awesome!

very cool industrial style lofts. great location on the parade route and very walkable to restaurants and the civic center grounds where we enjoyed live concerts. Awesome management that was attentive to my needs.

Great Place

Great building in a amazing location. Lots of places to walk to downtown. It's under new management and they are great to work with!

Very satisfied

I was one of the first people to move into the building. I was very pleased with the leasing office and had no problems. I regret moving and am considering moving back in.
