Property Ratings at Mulberry Farms
The home is nice, but not well insulated, appliances are not the best. Very loud heating/air conditioning unit it wakes you up, sounds like an animal is dying. Gossipy neighbors. Horrible food at the events. No gym, they have a few items outside but that is not great considering our weather, try touching the metal equipment in the summer. The property is brand new and they clearly have not worked out all the bugs. Good place to stay if you are building a home or looking to buy, but not for long-term living.
Hey Fellow Renters (55+), You know all those yucky things about renting? They don't happen here! Curbside trash pick-up? Whaaaat? A garage? Yep. Private back yard? Check! Up-graded appliances and smart home tech? Of course! I couldn't be happier to call this place home. The grounds are beautiful and offer on-site walking and nature trails to boot. Can't wait for the Great Barn to be completed and enjoy the afternoon Happy Hour! To top it all off, the staff are so helpful, friendly and responsive. I would kinda like to keep this place a secret, but I just have to recommend it. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!
