Property Ratings at Muir Lake
I loved my time living here. Apartment was beautiful and peaceful with the balcony view. Maintenance did a great job ensuring the property was safe and clear during the winter months. Pets are allowed and I never had an issue or complaint about my dog. I highly recommend.
I have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience! Very easy to pay rent, submit any maintenance request and the property management team answers phone calls/emails very fast. I have never had any issues with the staff or other residents of the facility. It is a great location too. Very close to walking trails and stores but far enough away that you feel like you have some privacy.
I have lived in these apartments for over 2 years now and I love it! The staff is wonderful and it is a great location to live.
Improperly treating residents. Quality of service and response to emergency maintenance is horrible. Definitely not worth it anymore. Go somewhere else.
They Do not care that much for their residents and response to maintanence request is a joke.
