The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Muinzer - Close to Campus
DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS MANAGEMENT. Great location and the maintenance comes often to repair things. That said, however, I wish they didn't come so often. There are so many problems. My shower was leaking mystery water, fridge door didn't close, front door wouldn't close, and more! It feels like they didn't even clean the place considering there was mold/rust? In and on top of the fridge. The roof fans were disgustingly dirty, my toilet seat had to get replaced because it came off, and more. If they actually cleaned, it would be better. Update: they were unable to fix the leak in my shower the entire time i was there. I had to listen to dropping water all night and the entire time in the room because it was so loud that the closed door couldnt block it. The AC doesnt reach bedrooms in the Parkwood residence, so summers are terrible. Had to sleep in 80F weather or out in the living room. This temp could kill large dogs if theyre left in the heat 24/7! I cant recommend this apartment complex or this management. The laundry machines did not work for a while due to water damage from other apartment rooms. They mailed my security deposit check to my roommate, with the wrong name (should have been my moms). This was fine because she lived in Indiana and we met up so i could grab it. However, my check was supposed to go to MA but hers went there instead. Its an issue that is taking more time than it should to resolve. Additionally, they charged $200 for cleaning/door fees. I have photos that my apartment was clean, and that the doors were not closed by the time i left my keys with them. They asked for my proof of the room and when I showed it, the manager said that she would no longer talk about the issue because my check had already been cashed in. They knowingly charged me $200 for damages that did not exist and could have easily sent another check for a refund or given it through my roommates check that had to be stopped due to wrong address (earlier in review). However, they doubled down and said they wouldn't discuss it any longer. DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS MANAGEMENT. They dont care about you and just want your money! Also do NOT cash in their checks because theyll use that excuse to not talk to you about their false charges.
