The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I had a friend that lived here in the early 2000's. The place wasn't much back then. It is much better now than it was. Staff is nice and it is gated. Also close to the highway and shopping.

Mountain vista is a nice environment. The landscape makes me feel like I'm not in the dessert. The office members are very helpful.

I’ve been living here for over a year now and so far it’s been good! Ask for Rosa if you visit, she leased me my place and she’s very nice and super helpful overall, she’s also quick with her responses whenever I have an inquiry. Lourdes and Natasha were also nice and helpful. I’ve never had any problems with maintenance either, they always come 1-2 days after i submit any requests, i never had to wait more than 2 days. Chris has handled a lot of my inquiries so i like to ask him for any maintenance work. OVERALL. No complaints here . The staff is nice. They even do events like the Christmas one recently, and give out prizes . It was fun to interact. The only thing is ,sure i live In a downstairs unit so of coarse i hear The upstairs neighbors but that’s probably gonna happen anywhere you go. You can also have ring cameras so that’s cool because it makes you feel safer in your home.

Hello, thank you for sharing your positive experience! Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything additional we can do for you.
Not only were these apartments cheaply made, but the environment isn’t the best. You can hear the people walking upstairs, and it wasn’t just my unit, the other residents feel the same way. During summer, theres always people smoking weed and drinking at the pool and the staff does nothing about it. There are fights and the cops come. If you need repairs don’t expect to have the staff fix it soon. Many people move in and once they realize this, they move out. I don’t recommend you moving in here specially when you can move somewhere else that’s better for the same, if not cheaper price. Beware of the move out fees as well, even if you leave the apartment clean, they will want to charge you a hygiene cleaning for the carpet at move out as well as a overall cleaning at move out. I asked them where it said that on my contract and they couldn’t produce that. I would understand if I left the unit messy or with stains on the carpet, but no, they said most people get charged those fees at move out due to Covid reasons. Don’t move in here if you don’t have to.

The staff all have great personalities and are quick to help you no matter what the problem is. Neighbors are courteous and friendly. It’s a clean community. I’ve lived here before in 2016 and it was great back then too so I moved back. Keep up the great work guys and ladies.
My small family of 3 moved in March 2019 and moved out in October 2019 (due to personal reasons)(leasing office were very supportive in helping us break our lease), and let me tell you that these apartments deliver! Our apartment was completely remodeled and had almost all the appliances included (excluding refrigerator), hardwood floors, and granite counter tops. The pool was always well kept, and if they had to close it for maintenance they would advise the residents via email or posting the notice on the community bulletin boards. We had maintenance come out 3 times (1 for a leaking shower head, 2 for the AC, 3 for the final move out inspection) and they always came the same day we put in the call and were so fast and professional. We had 1 assigned parking and plenty of unassigned parking. It is supper close to shopping and the freeway so that was a plus. The neighbors are kind and smile as you walk by, the office hosted multiple events during our stay there for the community, which was really nice (especially if you have a child). The only thing I did not like was the school assigned to the address, however, that was quickly fixed by having her transferred to a more well kept sister school in the same district. Overall, we had a great experience and we would love to go back once we resolve our personal issues.
I just started living here in march and have had nothing but rudeness from the office ladies and 1 of the maintenance men. What they list on here is not what you get either. They post about picking up your dog poop yet in the middle there are no bag containers to put the poop in. The residents are externally rude and do not respect others. It was 11 at night and they were screaming woke me and my husband out of a dead sleep. The cabinets suck and are coming off the hinges. This place all around is awful and I would not recommend this to anyone. I asked how i could break my lease to leave and the office practically was pushing me to come and break it. They do not care about you or that property. Live somewhere else, for the price you pay there its not even worth it.

We're sorry you had a less than ideal experience with us. We'd like to further discuss your experience. Please contact Theresa at 7602416972 or theresac@esring.com at your convenience.
Neighbors apartment was broken into on a weekday and that was the second time and when management was notified they couldn't care less. The "courtesy patrol" is a lie I have been here for 3 months and never have I seen them. People are always smoking and people loiter suspiciously in the parking lots.Neighbors next door has people going in and out constantly and are always arguing.

Thank you for your residency at Mountain Vista. Our residents’ concerns and comments are very important to us. Mountain Vista takes pride in providing a quality living environment. We are active participants of Crime Free Housing efforts in the Victorville area. We work very closely with our Crime Free Deputy to identify any potential issues in our community. We do also work diligently with our after-hours courtesy patrol. Our courtesy patrol walks our community throughout the evening and early morning hours. If you have a question or concern for courtesy patrol, but do not immediately see them in sight, please feel free to contact their dispatch number. Because our community is very large, they may be in another area at that moment but will move their attention to you to address your concerns when notified. Even while being proactive with prevention within our community, unfortunately crime can happen anywhere at any time. In the unfortunate event that one of our residents has become a victim of crime, our local law enforcement officers are best equipped to assist them and to investigate. For this and any other concerns within the community I encourage you to contact me directly at 760-241-6972 or email theresac@esring.com Theresa Business Manager
I have lived here for 5 months and I wanted to move after the first 2 weeks of moving here. PROS: the apartments are well maintained and I have no complaints about the their maintenance staff. Laundry rooms are cleaned every morning. And they offer an exterminator IF you need one. Water/Trash is included and the Price for the apartment is reasonable. I didn't have any problems with the leasing agents they are made available from 9-6 everyday. Convenient pay online at their website. Close to all the major stores. CONS: Laundry machines are horrible, I wash half a load and it doesn't wash very well nor does it dry my clothes completely. I pay twice to get my clothes at least lightly damp. If you have a nice motorcycle be careful mine has been almost stolen in this complex twice!!! Gas has been siphoned out of multiple cars in the complex. They have security here from 5pm - 1pm and most incidents happen after they leave. Its a very noisy community and they stay up till 1am - 2am every night! In my personal opinion I would rather pay the extra money for a quiet neighborhood, my own garage, and laundry room.
Great place to live. Staff is very friendly and helps with whatever you need. Neighbors are quiet for the most part, had some issues with neighbors arguing on the other side of the wall from me. Other then that I had no issues, kids playing outside during the day and peaceful mid afternoon through the night. everyone I walked would greet me and in some cases would start friendly small talk. Gated community with reserved parking and plenty of open spaces for my second car. Reserved guest parking as well for visitors that was also nice. Laundry room was usually pretty clean and the small gym is also a decent size. It was a great experience for my first time being out on my own, and may be planning to move back soon. :)
Right by my work with friendly staff, this is literally the best first time apartment anyone could ask for. Maintenance is always there as soon as possible if you ever need help and the neighbors are wonderful. Its a nice, quiet area and the apartments are spacious comfortable. Right near bus stops and pretty much a walk away from anywhere I need to go! Truly a wonderful place to live.
They are nice just ap lot of money too live in but very nice
