Biltmore Park is one of Asheville’s trendiest neighborhoods. Nestled along the French Broad River next to Lake Julian and surrounded by verdant forests, Biltmore Park blends modern amenities with the beauty of the outdoors. With views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, residents can spend their time tubing, boating, fishing, or hiking. People also love Biltmore Park for its proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway, leading to some of the country's best national parks. The neighborhood is anchored by Biltmore Park Town Square. Resembling a modern village, this commercial and cultural hub is filled with locally owned shops, restaurants, bars, and more. During the summer you’ll find locals gathering at Biltmore Park Town Square for concerts, farmers markets, and other special events. Rentals in this wooded locale are mid-range to upscale and are available in a variety of styles including houses and apartments.

Property Ratings at Mountain View
The management here is super nice and very accommodating; they always respond back quickly and effectively. It is an older community but the neighbors are nice, the dog park at the top of the hill is huge and the pool is very chill. There is no one breathing down your neck for anything, if management needs to contact you they do in a very respectful manner and they are very caring, loves kids and dogs. I highly recommend 11/10
I have lived all over Asheville and Mountain view apartments is by far the best. I have lived here nearly 5 years and I love it. The staff is amazing, the amenities are second to none, and I actually have a beautiful mountain view. Get on the list, it's worth the wait!
Management doesn’t care if you’re happy or not. Several noise disturbances, cars have been broken into, not adequate parking around each building, dog poop everywhere on the grounds, Bark Park mulch not maintained so it’s a mud pit, valet trash fee is mandatory whether you use it or not, people leave their trash outside their door at all times, this property can’t retain a maintenance team b/c of disputes with management so behind on all requests. I have lived here 5 months and would not recommend moving to this property. Keep looking.

Hello: Our goal is for our residents happiness. Please reach out to our office so we can address any issues and better assist you. Thank you!
It’s an epidemic and it’s disgusting… if you don’t mind living where there is DOG POOP everywhere, then here is the place to be. Disrespectful and nasty dog owners know that the pooh-print test is a sham and because it’s not enforced and they continue to not pick up after their dogs I have complained many times and nothing has changed. The management does not care and nothing is done to control this problem The lack of available parking is a problem. Lots of illegal parking that can potentially cause drivers entering and existing the complex to have an accident. Extra cost/fee for Valet Trash is mandatory. There have been instances where valet trash do not pick up trash on days they are supposed to and /or they pick and choose what trash they collect when they do show up. Can’t use some of the amenities such as the business center or pool table after hours because management is not there after 6pm during weekdays, not at 5pm on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays. Residents in the back of Building 9 can’t enjoy their patio in the summer because it’s still incomplete. No decorative stones outline their patio on the ground floor. It’s all muddy and dirty and just unattractive. I was told that it was be taken care of and that was 2 years ago and still nothing!
I moved in May of this year and love living here. The pool has the best view of any apartments I have lived at before. It is only 4 miles from my work and it is close to everything I need. I am definitely going to stay here for a while.
When we first moved in (Nov 2015) the construction that was still going on was noisy and lasted from 6a-9p (well into normal quiet hours). Now that that's finished, there is NO parking available after about 8pm. Residents aren't given stickers so on weekends it's common for guests to have several cars taking up limited parking. People park up both sides of the driveway making it difficult to pass by to get to the higher buildings. Also, since this is not a non-smoking property, be prepared to deal with cigarette butts in common walkways and often thrown onto your deck if you aren't a top floor apartment. The apartments look nice inside, but they are very poorly built and you can hear your neighbors talking, walking at all hours of the day/night. If you don't mind any of that, then move here. Our apartment will be available, as we are moving the minute the lease is up.
This place is maybe the worst place I have ever lived in my life. The pool is not done thats why there aren't any pictures of the actual pool. There is no kiddy play place and if you ask they will tell you 4-6 weeks, they have been saying that for 4 months. You literally can hear everything from you upstairs neighbors, everything. The last building is going up now and they frequently start construction before 6am despite constant complaining from multiple tenants. The trash valet seams like it would be awesome but if you would rather take your trash to the dumpster yourself, sorry thats not allowed. You are forced to pay $25 a month rather you use the service or not. This would all maybe be excusable if that management was nice, or honest but they aren't. They are underhanded, mean, and super shady.
Very nicely appointed inside with nice fixtures and granite/ solid surface counter tops in kitchen and bathroom. Well insulated windows, but poorly insulated walls and some drafts from outlets and around the front door. Hopefully they'll fix that. Clubhouse is very nice with a great fitness room, pool area and pool table. Valet trash pickup with provided can for a mandatory fee. Pet rent is lower, still ridiculous to charge, than other properties. It's hard to understand how there is no child rent, seeing as they would actually use the amenities. If a dog or cat is $15, why isn't a child $15 ? Lots of construction debris around, as it's under construction. Beware of nails. There's a train that comes through the area, it's pretty loud but only twice a day. Overall, a decent value at current prices. I'm not sure it will be as appealing when rent goes up. I'll probably move when it does.
