The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mountain View Apartments
We moved in in August for the most part it hasn’t been bad for the price. We moved in to a newly renovated apartment they accepted our dog since he is a service animal. The front office isn’t the best but I haven’t had any problems with them.
Overpriced!! Not worth it. There’s always noise. You can hear the people who live upstairs talking or the noise of the tv. You can hear every time they walk around, every step they take you can hear how the floor cracks. Management never pays attention to any concerns they just ignore you. really bad maintenance, the apartment wasn’t clean there was grease in the stovetop and microwave filters . The floor had paint stains, the list goes on and on. Not worth living at this apartments.
The only reason I gave it two stars is because the location is awesome. Now if you like to live in overpriced undercared for apartments this is for you. The tennis court is always locked, the gym has no circulation, one of the washing machines are ALWAYS BROKEN, people steal things off of your porch. Management doesnt communicate with the residents just puts notices on your door. The gardener comes almost every day of the week so your gonna constantly hear him. The swimming pool is nice but you will be harassed and asked for your pool pass even though they already KNOW you live there. (its really wierd) Just a straight up bad choice.
I currently live here... We recently adopted a dog, a small one... I thought the dog, name Lola, would be okay because I see dog's all over the place. Many people have them. My husband received a call from management saying we need to get rid of our dog within 3 days... Wow, they have no heart. She would end up in a pound, where they kill the animals. However, they did say we could get a doctor to sign something saying someone in the apartment has severe anxiety and/or depression, then Lola would be justifiable. Now I do have anxiety, I will be asking my therapist to sign that ridiculous note, saying how I have anxiety and I need a companion. We moved here in August, we will be moving out in August! I wanted to stay here until I graduate from California Baptist University, but I am very disappointed in this place.
My present apt needs renovating in the worse way. I have inadequate space for storage, the carpet needs replacing, yes the owner is aware but wants me to hire a mover to load my possessions on it so they can come in and change the carpet. That's a lot of money for someone whose on a fixed income.
